  If you purchased via download, you get a version only and must buy the other version you change Mac <-->PC

  Since version 12 is no longer sold, you can buy version 14

  I was given my serial code when you purchase Photoshop Elements on the Adobe Web site. At half way through download it asked my serial code, so I typed in. But he said "this activation code is not valid for Adobe Photoshop Elements 13", even if that's what I bought.
