Download issues with LR (subscriber CC)
I can't download apps CC or link provided by support (new Subscriber - subscription photography) in LR
This is my second request for help, I answered the last message sent by the support, but I was ignored.
I have win 7 serv pack 1 and we tried the prodesign link provided by the support that does not work. When the link is clicked appears "page not displayed not ' I tried so much to explore and firefox. Photoshop downloaded fine of CC apps. Please send me a download link that works or advises.
I wish that our company upgrade to a full CC Subscriber but so far, not good.

You should be able to log into your account and download, https://creative.adobe.com/
or if you follow the 7 steps you can directly download a free trial here: http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-direct-download-links.html
and activate it with your serial number.
If you have a problem from the download, you follow the 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).
failure to obtain this cookie translates into an error page displayed after clicking on a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (e.g., current) version.

Download issues with Android App DPS
Hi all
I was wondering if any of you try to download a folio of the dps android app and cannot change the navigation pages. The folio is the download but looks like it hangs until the folio download is completed.
In iOS, you can download a folio and click on another page in navigation.
Is there a fix for adobe or I do something wrong?

You must use the legacy Android app that does not support progressive download. You should try using our new Android native application, this fact.

I am trying to download Lightroom 5. Am running Internet Explorer 10, I get a message saying that my version of Internet Explorer (4 or an earlier version) is not sufficient. What is the problem?

Download issues of the article with the video file
Hello
I can't download a .article file that has a video. Article file is 51MB.
It just says: to run, and the progress bar does not exceed 15%. Is no error message or another.
Anyone else having problems downloading files with the video?

I have downloaded and publish a video section with more than twice the size you used (it has 105, 35 MB) and it worked without any problem.
-Have you tried using another internet connection (a cable instead of a WiFi network)?

Pavilion g6: Atheros connection issues with Arris Modem
Hi, I had the same problem with my laptop and Atheros network card, windows 7, it can not connect to the network with Arris modem but it works with other modems. I downdoaded the driver from the link you provided here, and it worked, my laptop connected to the network without problems, but after a month it stopped connecting to the network, I downloaded the driver again, but it did not work.

Are there known issues with the decommissioning of an app to v20 in CS6?
our application is v20, we have created the folio initially as v24 but could not get the corresponding app approved by apple, so we rebuilt the folio as a v20 but it errors on the download, ideas?
You will need to completely recreate the folio.

Huawei P9 - I have many issues with getting my pictures from the phone to iphoto on my Mac.
Before the summer I bought a Huawei P9 phone, I can easily see the photos on the phone - I can't just them on my mac. When I connect via a USB cable, it refuses my permissions.
I try to use my Google account to view on the Mac and move the iPhoto - I can't work either! I can see them, I can't move them!
I'm pulling my hair out and I have enough to do with! Help, please...

You need the phone provider support - there is a problem with the way their phone works and how to use it and has nothing to do with the Photos or iPhoto - if pictures is consistent with standards of good Photos and iPhoto won't work with it
You may need special third party software for your phone load in Photos or iPhoto

How can I download videos with RealPlayer?
When I've upgraded to FireFox 13 my Plugin RealPlayer browser Record has been disabled as dangerous and unstable. Now I can't download videos that I watch with RealPlayer. When I activate the Plugin, I can't watch the video (I get a blank video screen). So, how can I download and save videos I want like those on the pulse of the planet by Rick Levine or other sites with recordable video? I downloaded and installed the latest version of RealPlayer and they say that I will be able to download videos but I can't. This problem is also related to this Plugin disabled?
Hi all Freaked Out Firefox and RealPlayer users,
This is the proper workaround for the problem of not being able to see videos after the Adobe defective 11.3 update (either the 11.3.300.257 or the latest 11.3.300.262) and not being able to download them with the RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension because Firefox disabled it.You can enable it but you won't be able to see videos unless you roll back the defective update and disabling the extension doesn't even work for some users to even let you see videos, much less download them. I successfully tested uninstalling adobe's update 11.3 and reinstalling with two different versions - 10.3 and 11.2 and posted this on other threads beginning 6/11. People who have tried it have been very grateful once they stopped listening to all the confusing and misleading recommendations by Firefox and Adobe. It's the ONLY one that gives full use of RealPlayer as well as updated security on the Flash Player and I've provided the most direct link to that version without having to download a cumbersome .zip file. It's a link to the 10.3 version. You will see other references to the 11.2 version on this thread. Although I tested that first and it works equally well, there are known critical vulnerabilities as reported by Secunia and Adobe,so I don't recommend it unless you have top security software. I do, and had no trouble with it. The 10.3, however, is up to date on security and works equally well -I've tested both. Just remember to enable the RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension after you roll back the update.
Alternatively, if you want, you can simply switch browsers 'till this is fixed. And for many of you for whom FF disabling the RealPlayer extension does not even work to allow you to see videos - it didn't for me, and a Level Three Case Manager I know at RealPlayer said the same thing- obviously it's not the best solution and even if it allows you to see videos, these geniuses at Firefox have not been even telling you how to then download videos with RealPlayer - they've been too busy following Adobe's "pass the buck and blame RealPlayer so just disable it" nonsense without telling what to do next, or that there are other much better choices. RealPlayer is likely not the cause (although there is a conflict in the interaction with the Adobe update.
The Best Choices are: First Choice: Roll Back the Update to the 10.3 version -
See links below for both Adobe's uninstaller - to first uninstall the 11.3- and for the 10.3 version. Choose the 10.3 that says "for other browsers"- this is for Firefox. The other one is for IE Active X. IE and has to be reinstalled also because the uninstaller removes both version.
Adobe clean uninstall instructions, step 4, which says to remove the additional files and folders is not usually necessary and you can be denied access to delete all files. RealPlayer also said it is not necessary. I know how to create special permissions but don't mind not because most of the users don't know how to do this - I didn't, even though I am almost certain that one of these Firefox gurus will tell you that I'm wrong. It's good to make the move, only, it can be difficult for many and it does not seem necessary for me or someone else, from what I've heard.
Note: When you reinstall the 10.3 change the update setting from automatic to "Never check for updates" to avoid any more problems until this is finally fixed. Adobe already updated to the 11.3.300.262 for Firefox (which was designed to ONLY fix the crash problems and not the video viewing problems) and didn't even fix that -I don't trust anything Adobe says right now until this is permanently fixed. And in the future I strongly urge you to do the same, keeping it on "Notify me if there are updates" in a future version where that choice is available. If you forget, you can change the setting from the control panel. Click on Large Icons, then Flash Player and on then the Advanced tab and dot the lower radio button for "Never check....." in the 10.3 If you don't get notified of a new version you can always check this forum which you need to do anyway because any new version at this point is going to be a beta version fix until we test it thoroughly and I don't care who disagrees with me on that, or what Firefox says either.

The Adobe problem involves only Firefox. You can watch videos and download them with the RealPlayer download button if you don't want to do the restore. You can even leave the extension off RealPlayer (if that allows to see the videos) and use another browser to download (just copy and paste the URL of the video on the address bar) and the RealPlayer download button will work.

iPod Touch 5 Gen - iOS 9.3.1 lightning connector issues - with accessories
Has anyone seen a problem using iOS 9.3.1 on an iPod Touch 5th generation with lightning connector devices? Specifically, I use the iPod in a cradle of scanner which connects via the connector of the lightning, until iOS 9.3.1 the cradle was visible to the application, but once it has been updated the scanner loses communication to the iOS device and application. IPod charge and connect to iTunes, no problem, but refuses to see the cradle, I have another iPod on an older version of iOS, which connects to the cradle even without problem.
To try to find, I've updated the iOS to 9.3.2 beta fault from the site of the developer, this problem has now fixed the issue with the cradle. I can't that assume Apple broke the connection in iOS 9.3.1?
Sometimes an iOS update breaks compatibility with accessories. Since then, he has worked with next beta which seems to be the cause.
All yo can do is to continue using the beta until the version is rejected in the pubis.
Have reported the problem to Apple to ensure that the beta version is not yet revised to cause the same problem?

When you download something with Firefox, I can see the file in the downloads folder while it's downloading, but like when it is finished, the file disappears.
It is possible that your antivirus software is corrupt downloaded files or otherwise interfere with the download of files by Firefox.
Try disabling analysis in real time (live) files in your software anti-virus temporarily to see if that makes working download.

Another issue with the tables and clusters. I have three engines thatI move on XYZ and then measure something. I need to draw on the 3D, the result of the measurement. How to draw real XYZ and not the index of the data table positions? (I can't actully how to build the matrices 2D forX, Y and Z). In the figures, I give an example of what I need.

You have to break the data out of the cluster and to present them to the graph 3d to a separate bays for X, Y, Z and W where 'W' is your values measured at the locations described by X, Y, Z.

Download drivers
Visit the manufacturer's Web site and select your computer model (this is usually done in the Support section). You should be able to download drivers for your model. Download the driver (s) and follow the instructions to install - every computer is different, so I can't give you exact directions. You can also try to use Windows Update to get drivers - it is located in the start menu.
