  If you enable web sharing and share an album of GroupPix on the web, the URL is for viewing only (and download if enabled). This does not make the user a collaborative user who can participate by adding pictures. If you want others to participate in taking pictures of the event, then you need to invite them by sending them an invitation, or by having their scanning a pass from your phone. They will have to become a user of GroupPix and download the application also to do this.

  When you invite other people by email or barcodescan to join them on a GroupPix album and add photos to an album in GroupPix, they become a collaborative user in this album.  They can also add pictures, they took on their other devices if they connect to Adoberevel.com their adobeid (e-mail) and password. They can navigate to the library of the same name, then the album in the library with the same name. If they are in the Album, they can add photos here. If they are on a mac, it can connect to revel in using the application of Revel instead.

  The key here is to add photos to the album in the library so that other shared users will be able to see the pictures. Both have the same name. If you download the library, but not to the album in the library, and then shared users will not see the pictures until you also add them to the album.

  We have a site that has three different forms on this web. When a person completes these they get connected as "cases". We can see the detail of these cases in the dashboard, but if we try business export to CSV exports only the coordinates of the person filling out the form, not all the details of all fields in the form.

  This will generate a report, you can then export to Excel that contains the fields that you need (customer Details + custom on the online form fields)
