  I have a previously purchased Design Premium CS5.5 license and serial number. I would like to download the software onto a Mac OSX - replacement 10.11.3 just acquired.  I went through the download process, but when I try a Setup, the image is not recognized by the computer.  Any ideas?

  I already bought the 5 Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop elements 11. Recently I swapped my computer and I tried to download the programs again from the site own adobes. I installed the application Cloud and punch in my serial number, redemed my products previously purchased on my page. Serial numbers are not accepted and therefor, I can only download the demo versions. Can someone help me? I tried to contact the customer via chat, but after several minutes of waiting I started reading my local newspaper and did not discover that the CHS had started before the cat had been closed.

  5 Lightroom and PS11 are not part of the cloud there is no reason to download it for them.  For starters, you have to uninstall it.

• Is it possible to re - download previously purchased music from iTunes?

  I recently had to replace my hard drive due to damage on the physical hard disk while traveling, and I lost all of my music stored there. When I opened iTunes after I had updated my computer, I could see all my music, but couldn't play (mostly) because he was not present on my PC.

  I checked my previous iTunes libraries and the folder is empty, I think has caused my damage on the hard disk.

  Is there a way to re - download music, I already bought on iTunes which is no longer present on my PC? I don't want to have to buy it again, as I've already paid for it once!

  I have a Mcbook Pro of the retina with the beta OS X Yosemite, and I would like to re - install Adobe CS6. I got it for the school, then I uninstalled it for space on my computer and I'm going to need it the week next June, but I can't download it. I found the place where there are my purchases, but there is no way to download (no download button,...). I clicked everywhere: on the name of the product, the serial number... nothing works! I do not rush people or being in a rush for me, school starts next week, and I need for school.

  If your ultimate goal is just to have photoshop cs2, then even if you had your ps 5 CD, it will do you no good, since adobe disabled for photoshop cs2 activation servers.
