  Anyone know if it is possible to re - download old purchases of audio book I lost of my devices?  They appear on my iTunes purchase history and I am able to view the details of the order, but they do not appear in my purchases on iTunes or iBooks.

  Audiobooks and ringtones are not re-downloadable.  You need to "Transfer purchases" of a device that has it on the computer, or contact Apple to see if they will give them to you once again.

  I already bought the 5 Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop elements 11. Recently I swapped my computer and I tried to download the programs again from the site own adobes. I installed the application Cloud and punch in my serial number, redemed my products previously purchased on my page. Serial numbers are not accepted and therefor, I can only download the demo versions. Can someone help me? I tried to contact the customer via chat, but after several minutes of waiting I started reading my local newspaper and did not discover that the CHS had started before the cat had been closed.

  5 Lightroom and PS11 are not part of the cloud there is no reason to download it for them.  For starters, you have to uninstall it.

  I recently had to replace my hard drive due to damage on the physical hard disk while traveling, and I lost all of my music stored there. When I opened iTunes after I had updated my computer, I could see all my music, but couldn't play (mostly) because he was not present on my PC.
