  I'm shopping for a computer Windows of Photoshop Elements (v9 & v12).  v9 was a CD, but v12 was a download.  I also downloaded and purchased Lightroom 5, and I have a CD of Windows Acrobat Pro v7.

  My Windows computer is dead, so I replaced it with a Mac Book Pro.

  All my programs are saved (names, numbers, platforms and versions) with Adobe in my account.

  How can I download versions of Mac OS from these programs and how to cancel a computer to Adobe?

  I saw that you have Photoshop Elements 9 and 5 Lightroom for multiple platform, so you can install and activate on your Mac.

  But, Acrobat 7 and Photoshop Elements 12 were only for Windows, therefore, you won't be able to install and activate on Mac.

  Photoshop 7 and Illustrator 10 are not going to be compatible with a new computer. You will need to buy new versions.

  I see you have a subscription of photography under the enamel even as with the forums.

  You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application

  I see that you have a license for Lightroom under the adobe with same email account as with forums.

  You can install and activate the perpetual software (purchased) two computers, as long as you don't use it on one at a time.

  • If it is creative cloud consult, download and install Adobe Creative Cloud applications
