  The console session is just reference to the console's command prompt window.  Make sure that the title of it administrator: command prompt.  If it doesn't have the word in there administrator, make sure you right click on the link to the command prompt and chose to run as administrator in step 1 of these instructions.

  • Go to Lightroom > Preferences.
  • Also please go to preferences > Performance tab and uncheck the box "use graphics processor.
  • Restart Lightroom and see if it works.
  • Please make sure you also update of Lightroom to the latest version, which is 6.3 Lightroom

  You simply drag the Acrobat DC application from the applications folder to the trash to uninstall.

  Then restart your system & install Acrobat XI Download Adobe Acrobat products. Standard, Pro | DC, XI, X.

  Take it back to the Apple Store and ask them to check it out. It should be under warranty. Bring the MBP along too. It sounds like there might be a problem with it.

  you need a serial number for mac lr.  the serial number for pc and mac are different.

  Lightroom serial number is unique because it is cross-platform: works on PC and Mac.

  To transfer the license from one pc to another how to proceed is to 'Disable' the license first of the older machine.

  To accomplish this, you need to launch Acrobat, go to the 'Help' menu and select 'disable '.

  On the new machine, you can install Acrobat and then use the serial number to 'Turn on' the software and it will complete the transfer of license.
