  I just got a pop up saying that I have no "Genuine Windows" and I need to check for updates.    I check autour and don't get a lot of help.  Then I see it's $ 50 to the e-mail message from Microsoft.  UNREAL. My computer all cost $ 800.  After going through the instructions a pop up tells me that my OS is hacked (hacked Dell it?)  another pop up it says windows is already activated but try to download windows security software that I know the dose of previous experience does not work.  I wrote all of this to say that I don't think that MS support could worsen.... but course there.  If MS was not a monopoly I would have passed years ago.  Computer after computer after computer (to 14 years) only software issues turn out to be Windows OS what ever variety no malfunction.  It's obvious MS support default.  I get better support for I-yogi (for a fraction of the price) and other sites tech that Ms.  Signed "forced to be a MS customer".

• How to download new products from my store in an XML file?

  Hi everyone, I'm back. I've created a store for a client and we have everything works but someone told me that it is easier to download products in an XML file if you have a ton of them. So I tried to understand, but the only thing I can find on the internet, it's that I'm doing it wrong.

  Here's what I do:

  Under "E-commerce" on the left, click on 'Products' and then on this page, I click on "import". I clicked on "Download Import Template" and when I opened it the first thing I noticed, is that it isn't a .xml file. It is a .xls file (don't know if that makes a difference). The second thing I noticed is that he has confused me more than I expected. There are 7 tab on this document and I can find no explanation for the way they set up this document. The 7 tabs just for ease of Adobe he explain to the customer/user? or I have to configure my document in this way until I can download products?

  Hello. Don't do no XML - it's a spreadsheet, the information needs to go as required in the fields in the right format.

  If the documentation of the BC doesn't make any sense to you is better to create a product in admin. Fill in as many things as possible - maybe the dummy data. That export and you will have a complete example of what to put in the worksheet.

  I bought Photoshop elements first 13 Dell 2 months ago. I had problems downloading, talking about their support [no help at all] and he finally started download. It got to the end and then gave me an error message saying download could not be completed. I tried to download again and now all I get is an error message saying "Application cannot be started. Please contact application provider. I tried called adobe customer service and this product offers no phone support. I tried from a cat [4times] today and he said cat is down every time. It is my last effort to try to see if someone can help me. I was refused a refund from Dell, because they claim that I downloaded successfully. I could not even put in a product key! Could someone help me please by downloading this software?

  Dell gives you the serial number?  If so you can try to download the product from Adobe servers and use this serial number to activate it.  Adobe download link is here:

  The link is for the trial version but it will become the full unlimited version as soon as you enter the serial number.  Please read the entire page before downloading because there is another method to download the full version without using Adobe Download Assistant.
