  I have a new Windows 7 computer with everything the devil of version of windows media player provided with installed Win7...  The problem is that the player has rebuilt the library EVERY TIME I open the media player.  Is this normal?  I hope not...  It becomes very annoying not being able to find the songs I want to immediately because media player is busy sweeping and re-scan files I keep my media to.  Is there something to do about it?

  It seems that I have a fix for the problem.  I use the Zune software for playback of media.  Breath of WMP for Windows 7, I-Tunes does not work as I want it and software Zune seems to do all of this without boredom or lack of features that I have with the other two.

  When you download a visualization, you will have a Setup for the same file saved in the "Downloads" folder locally on the disk. You run the Setup program and when the feature is integrated into Windows Media Player. This pack is not compatible with Windows 7 or the version of Windows Media player as I see that this pack is available for Windows XP.

  2. You have security software installed on the computer?

  I suggest that you try to start in safe mode and then try to log on to Windows using the default Administrator account and then remove the password for your account, check if it helps.
