Downloaded a file, but press on open instead of save and now can't find it in the documents or photos

I paid for a document and downloaded. rather than support the backup I pressed open. now I can't find it HELP - im rubbish with pc so talk to me like I'm 5 years please. Thank you

Hi Kathleenkitten,

When you click the Open option after downloading a file, it does not save this file in your computer. Instead, she saves temporary and opens this file in order to view or work on it.

So redownload the file and save it in a directory on your computer.
