  Barbara, what version of operating system do you use? / Applications (Mac), you can check and control panel > programs and features (Win) to check if it's installed on your machine.

  I came across the solution. In addition to download creative cloud, I needed to return to the site and download the trials for the programs I want to use - Photoshop and Lightroom. Once I did, I was in business. Save bad if this was done in light on the download site.

  Not normally, but I think that they reset the CC trial a while back because of some new features. Try it and see.

  And actually when you think about it that it is a logical side effect of the CC model. It makes sense to give from time to time to give people the chance to try the new features (which previously would have been in different versions).

  Sound is certainly not muted. Fine reading of the other files.

  I went to "Audio equipment" and changed the settings according to the tips page, but nothing.

  I have since deleted the cache of media and still nothing.

  I completely deleted adobe and then reinstalled. Seems OK now go. Thanks be to God. I must get this edited video.
