Access of the remote drive doesn't seem to be compatible with the adobe Installer and known issues with the setup of the elements is not helping either.   The Photomerge has been moved from the 'Expert' view mode 'guided edits.

  No change in the Organizer, it is still in the Edit menu > Photomerge.
