  Personally I would not let this software within 100 miles of my computer, but for you, the computer, the risk and the decision is yours.  We cannot help you with the product here in one of our forums (particularly issues activation but really with anything either) - it is not our product, and you need to get assistance on their part, and not of us.  I suggest that you find out their support site at http://www.ascentive.com/support/index.php for all the assistance you need (assuming you decide to keep this and not cancel and uninstall everything).

  Method 1:

  Check that DCOM (Distributed COM) is enabled on the PC.

  InDesign crashes every time you double-click to open an InDesign file and has done so since the replacement of the original version of InDesign into the launch of CC.  Does anyone else have this problem?  I would say it was unique to my system if I had not met the problem several times on several different systems now.  You must restart InDesign which then opens the recovery file, so he saw the file you are trying to launch in the first place.  This leads me to believe that the problem lies in the registry file to InDesign inside Windows systems association.  I find it incredible that this problem still exists and remains declared that a solution has not been implemented by Adobe to rectify the problem.

  Double click is a fundamental tenant of open files on a Windows system in the same way, that a click is on a Mac.  Does InDesign crash ever time a Mac user clicks to open their records, I don't think.

  Someone at - it ideas other than the obvious which is Adobe actually released their figure and fixed it.

  Yes, I think you're onto something when you identify yourself as a registry problem. Maybe try another registry cleaner/checker? Maybe someone has published the specific registry fix.

  If you uninstall, restart, then clean the registry, then reboot, then reinstall, you may have the opportunity to fix the registry corruption.

  First of all, I must just say that Jack Doyle and GreenSock team are extreme superheroes. I use their library greensock for many years in Flash (I need to renew my membership Club GreenSock!) and it now used intensively to projects of html (with the standard html, Edge and html5 canvas via EaselJS). That's all just great.

  Peter-backgroundColor does not work on a side of edge, it must be applied to a shape brute div (I think this has something to do with treated Edge how the symbol divs, behind the scenes).

  Here is an example of work, where I separated the tweens, so that a Tween animates the symbol of the mother, and another interpolation anime the backgroundColor of the shape of the child prop. It is a workaround, but it works... and now that I think about it, at this point, you can also apply all your preteens to the purpose of "RectangleShape', rather than break them up in two separate tweens - but I assume that the bottom would still be relevant if you want to more directly control the positioning of the parent symbol.

  And to answer your other q: you cannot tween backgroundColor of a parent symbol that contains the nested children, you have to interpolate individually the backgroundColor of each nested child prop.
