  I installed the MS MSKLC 1.4 tool. on Toshiba Satellite L300 and Vista32. This tool is to generate a clean keyboard layout.

  I wanted to implement Gujarati signs for a friend. To do this, we put signs and letters on three 'levels' in this keyboard layout:

  To be honest I never tried to MSKLC1.4 keyboard layout creator but I n t think that it s a question of Toshiba.
  I think that it s related to the UK keyboard layout because he of working with available German (as you suggested).

  My personal suggestion could change the layout of the UK keyboard for the German language in Control Panel-> regional options & language control

  This is probably because you have disabled somehow "Auto arrange" for this folder.

  Open the folder where you had problems, and then click the drop-down display. You will see options for how you want to see the contents of the folder. If you selected thumbnails, tiles or icons, there is another option under the terms of "rearrange icons by" called "auto arrange". This is a toggle switch, repeated clicks turn the lights-off etc.

  Thanks for the recommendation. The problem was an encryption glitch in my constant care program. Remove the program has solved the problem.

  Using Flash Professional of mixture mode option, I set a clip to multiply blending mode. It goes very well while I test the movie in the viewer own Flash Professional, but as soon as I export the swf file and view it in any browser or just SWF player by default, it does not apply any mix at all. This tells me that this isn't a problem with wmode or any other HTML export settings, because then the SWF player should at least blend properly.

Apparently, it works inside Flash Pro but not in the browser. It really sucks because I need regular layer movieclips Flash on a background in Starling, but apparently it can be done if I want to use the techniques of fusion.
