  I can certainly help you with this problem.

  You can check the following setting in the printer drivers.

  Go to the printer properties -> Printing Preferences->Advanced tab

  Under the option of features of the printer, click on "Graphics Mode" , you will see two options.

  "Send a graphic under Vector Optimize" or "graphic under frame"

  Note: B & w toggle this two parameter. Click OK to save

  Then the next option ' Send TrueType as Bitmap ' , you will then see to Activate and then click on apply and then click OK.

  Try to print and check.

  Other options: You can try to install HP Universal Print Driver for Windows PostScript (64-bit)

  I installed the driver for laserjet 1020 on windwos 7, here is the method to install the driver of windows 7 for laserjet 1020.

  1. 1st download all laserjet 1020 base of the printer driver for windows vista. You can it to the bottom of this link

  The LaserJet 3020 uses scanning software is integrated in Windows 8. I guess the same is true for win 8.1. This page describes how to analyze with the scanning of Windows software:

There are a lot of .inf files in the directory. I had no idea which one I should choose. Also, I tried to run the EZInstall.exe, but it seems to only support direct connection via USB and not via the network.

  Could someone help me with this? Please let me know which version of the driver should choose, and how do I load this driver.

  One supports network connections, the other being a pilot plug-and-play (PnP) is configured to initialize and works with a USB connection.

  Is there really no solution for Lion to Scan over the network to the HP 2840. I'm really surprised because I chose the HP 2840 because it turns out Mac OSX Support and made unter 10.4 and 10.5, even on 10.6 that I managed to make it work this time on 10.7 Lion, it would be very sad if HP not to manage to continue to support this great product.

  I try to use my Laserjet M1212nf MFP as a scanner.  I'm trying to download the driver so that I can do.  Currently, I can only print and copy.  When I use the hp Web site, it asks for my product, and then when I select it I'm directed to a picture of him and it is said below download drivers that takes me back to find my product.  How do the driver?  How can I use my Laserjet as a scanner?

  I found the HP folder and was able to scan.  It has not put an icon on my desktop as did my previous installations.

  I've recently updated to 8 of the window. I have 2300 d printer LaserJet. The original driver of the printer was PCL 5 which allow the capablity to print automatically on both sides of a page. Windows are and to upgrade the driver to a PCL 6. This allows only printing Manual on both sides of the page. I reload the driver PCL 5. but it now allows only for print Manual on both sides.
