  The Toshiba Bluetooth stack can be installed on all laptops from Toshiba support BT and the BT stack can be downloaded from the Toshiba UE driver page.

  Install it, restart the PC and see if you can turn on the bluetooth radio using the software.

  If that does the trick, you can then uninstall the software and manage the bluetooth radio with the utility built into the W10.

  W10 will also install a suitable driver for the device.

  I have the 6930p which is pretty much the same model as yours (mine has the 14.1 "display) running W10 Pro 64 bit very well and was surprised to find that the old HP bluetooth module that our phones have works very well.

  I understand that looking for a Broadcom Bluetooth driver for Windows 8.1 to your HP Pavilion dv6-1030us Entertainment Notebook PC. Now HP has no drivers Windows 8.1 for this laptop.

  However, I found this Bluetooth Driver Broadcom for Microsoft Windows which may or may not work for you. All you can do is try, I can't guarantee that it will work.

  I have a headset stereo bluetooth. His headphones cheap China made called skywing. I am able to pair it and use it with my cell phone. He used to work with my old dell laptop.

On the audio tab, the skywing appears. There are two features which yoga headphones (audi with microphone) and stereo yoga (audio only). If the stereo option and click on connect it does not connect. But if I click on helmet and click on connect it must be connected.
  When I return to Skype setting or mixer the bluetooth headset is not displayed.
  I don't know what the problem

  I have exactly the same problem.  Also with a Motorola HS850.  I am unable to get Windows to recognize it as an audio at all, although he presents himself as a Bluetooth device.  Broadcast services on the properties of the device include Bluetooth Handsfree and headset Bluetooth.

  I'm a developer.  My system uses Bluetooth and is designed to use socket connections.  It works very well with the 'real' driver for Microsoft.  I distribute a USB radio that works with the real Microsoft drivers (work and tested on Windows 7 with the Microsoft drivers installed) I continue to turn in computers with OEM (non-Microsoft drivers) taking control of all Bluetooth devices.  In XP and Vista I could usually update the driver and choose the right pair.  I find computers on which Microsoft drivers seem to be missing and so I can't select them in Windows 7.  It may also be that Windows 7 is not allowing me to choose (tells them best driver already installed).  Is somewhere to download and a way to install native drivers Microsoft Bluetooth of Windows 7 on an OEM modified system that does not include these drivers?

  The aircraft was manufactured before the release of Windows 7 and Windows Vista operating systems and is not compatible. To copy images from the Memory Stick media to a computer running this operating system, the computer must be equipped with a built-in Memory Stick slot or you will have to plug a Memory Stick USB adapter.
