  I just bought a new Dell Inspiron 3520 (service code: ) that came with Ubuntu.

  Although I had to install windows 7 32 bit and I am facing a problem with wireless adapter driver.

  When I try to connect to the preferred network I get "unidentified - No. Interntet network access.

  I know it's a driver issue because it works fine on Ubuntu.

  Discovered that the solution was Device Manager-> ECS-Dell Wireless 1703 b/g/n-> properties >-> Advanced-> 802 .11n changed bandwidth of 20 MHz / 40 MHz automatic.

  -Have you tried to check with other headphones?

  I suggest try to check with the other helmet on the computer and check if the problem persists. If the problem persists then, I suggest you to contact the manufacturer of the helmet for additional help.
