  Hello, I have currentlynown a droid razr maxx and I use it every day. I noticed that when the screen shows black, but he's not far away, there are small clusters of dark pixels. They were allmost immediately after my phone was activated, or at least I've noticed around then. I rejected as usual, but lately more dark pixels have been spread. I'm on vacation right now and I've finally had a free moment to call the version supported (the guy from the version called motorolla). They said it COULD be water damage. I've heard that water damage indicators are really easy to fire, if I'm afraid, mine are already off the coast. I'm going to takr it motorolla store to check once I'm back at home. Pixels still work very well, in fact they are noticeable only when the droid displays something dark in low light. Most dark light, the easier to see. I have a screen protector and a case on my phone, so I don't see how the screen could have been damaged by water. I checked a different droid razr maxx owns someone in my family and I noticed that it had darkened pixels too. What are the more dark spots, are that they water damage or manufactured at the factory?

  I was wondering what are the latest updates of firmware for Droid RAZR MAXX HD? My backup phone that was running the software 9.20, grabbed the update at 9:30 beginning of last week, but do not seem to phones of my parents who ran the 9.18 got software update immediately. So I was just curious to know what version of firmware they should finish by themselves.

• iTunes music on Droid Razr Maxx HD?

  I was wondering what are the best ways to move the music purchased via iTunes on a Droid Razr Maxx HD? I checked on Google Play Music Manager, but I don't really want to give my credit card number to Google. I was wondering if there was another way to make or another place to download the music Manager Google play without putting in a credit card.

  I tried the method with the conversion of files iTunes, and it worked pretty well. I did a little more research and asked a Verizon representative well I was checking on the repair of my camera upward and discovered the google app play music manager. She me transferred via a representative of Google and it helped me to put in my credit card for verification at https://play.google.com/music to download the application under 'Download my music' and had me then go to https://wallet.google.com and go to the "means of payment" to remove the card. The music Manager play Google search in my computer for music and automatically downloads on the cloud to sync on all my android devices and it works really well.

• Droid Razr Maxx HD - Developer Edition?

  I saw references edition of the developer for the Droid Razr M and the Droid Razr HD - does anyone know if this can be offered for the Droid Razr Maxx HD in the near future?

  I think to do a Droid Razr Maxx HD at some point - I would like to be able to unlock it (after the 1 year warranty is over). The larger battery is more important to me than a unlockable bootloader, but if a Dev. Ed. is probably in the version of Maxx, I'm going to wait a while. I'll probably buy it off-contract of any direct way to bike in case they get slightly more than the price of this way - should get that way if a Dev. Ed. eventually be offered.

• Confused about release of ICS DROID RAZR MAXX

  I thought that ICS was supposed to be released on the 4th, but now I see that they are always the phase devolopment, and that there is a test of current soaking. What are some realistic timelines of DROID RAZR MAXX running ics?

  Currently, there is no other than 'soon' time if the ICS beta ran last weekend.

  I guess without any support you mind, that provisional impregnation test pour.181 ends this week, and soaking ICS should start in the coming months, ou.181 will be released to the masses of official.

  That being said, that the ICS must theoretically be released in the coming weeks 3-6. Suffice it to say that because I'm really looking forward to there makes me suffer, I ran a beta ICS on my DHD when I was with AT & T.

  I'm also looking forward to the increase of the lapdock feature that comes with 4.0. * because they use ICS in tablet, with a custom rather than a full custom OS browser. relieved just to the top of a lot of space in the phone for storage.

• Droid Razr Maxx does not illuminate.

  Last night my razr maxx droid turns with me it turned off. I tried to turn it back on but nothing happened. I plugged it in a still nothing happened, light does not flash. I know that the battery is not dead because I still had 70% abour left and leave plugged in overnight did not help. My best guess is that he crashed it, if anyone has had this problem and knows how to solve this problem or knows what may have caused it that I would like to know, and it won't happen with my replacement phone. I only had my phone for exactly two months. Thank you!

  Update: Version informed me that an application actually caused to happen and he got to reset. Apparently, I was pushing the up volume button rather down.

  Try a hard reset, press and hold the power and volume button until it starts back.

  Secunia PSI shows that I have two versions of the Flash Player installed: 11.6.602.171 (NAPI) and 9.0.124.0 (ActiveX).

  I tried to delete v. 9.0.124.0 because it is an old, insecure version, but have failed.  I used the utility to Uninstall Flash Player available to:

  Then... How can I get rid of v. 9.0.124.0?

  I finally found how to solve the problem.

  * I deleted the file (Flash9t.ocx located in c:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash)

  * I did a clean boot by following these instructions: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 and discovered that the program that is causing the Flash Player 9 ActiveX to be recreated every time that I boot is

  called (AsScrPro.exe, v. 1.0.0.9) ASUS screen saver protector, located in c:\Windows\.  Carefully follow the instructions in "How to determine what is causing the boot problem.

  * I downloaded Autoruns (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx) and with whom I unchecked the entry "ASUS AsScrPro ASUS c:\windows\asscrpro.exe screen saver protector".

  While it doesn't automatically load at startup.

  * I ran Secunia PSI and it confirmed that Flash Player 9 ActiveX disappeared!

  Open a cmd window in the location of the file, and then follow these steps:

  uninstall_flash_player.exe - uninstall

  That works 100% of the time for me. The uninstall program that adobe offers is really nice, unlike java where you have to throw a wmic complicated cmd to remove it.

  Just checking to see what Prl update you guys are on and made your update regularly my current prl is 15173 and its been for awhile however two my friend both have the razrs and they are FTL is currently 15192 I know they are supposed to update automatically but mine seems not I tried turned the device off , remove the SIM switch on/off the device and then wait no SIM message then turn off then re insert the card sim then turn back but the Prl don't update when I got my bionic the SIM update and Verizon would would never give me a new sim card, every two months for the prl update are someone know a way to force an update to the latest PRL and nobody knows if your CTR has nothing to do with the connection to new or updated cell towers can they improve your signal strength I know that just expanded Verizon 4g in my area than any motorcycle colleagues ideas peeps

  More - there are other options. Veerizon sells a charger for about $30 (thinner than the Razr) nice Pocket (maybe a little more). Will give an easy way to load on the go and will not void your warranty.

  The three methods should work, but uninstall_flash_player.exe is preferable, because it also removes the remains of the previous FP installs.
