  With Windows errors like that is not usually nothing to do with the app showing the error. Look at the "best answer" on this page for some ideas:

  I have Adobe Creative Cloud CS6. I recently installed the Flash Professional CS6 via Adobe Application Manager but installation failed and I had to Flash trasnfer to the trash, he was removed from the trash of permantently.

  Now, in my Application Manager it says "update" next to Flash Professional CS6 and I can't find the app in my Applications folder. As far as I'm concerned, there are more but I need to open it and use it.

  Can anyone help?

  You can try to download from direct download links available at: http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html and then the license of the software with your Adobe ID

  But make sure you follow the steps mentioned on the page before you start the download.

  To use Flash Pro CC, you'd have a subscription creative cloud of some sort. As part of that you can download the CS6.

  But it is false! Tell us what there is any CC that would otherwise be to the CS6. CC learning and the new year, Adobe animate CC, would be more useful.

  I recently downloaded Flash Professional CC to a Windows 7 computer. It works very badly: most of the dialog boxes do not work and many of them cause the program to freeze, it can only be closed with the Task Manager.

  I called the Support Adobe technique. They sent me this link:

  I have a few issues:

  1 - is there a version of this link which includes CC Flash?   If there is I can't find it by searching.

  2 - I've went ahead and tried a method that the link given for the removal of the preferences. He says to press and hold CTRL + ALT + SHIFT while CC launch of Flash. Here's a quote from the link:

  Note: , You can skip the following steps if you do not want to save your old preferences. You can start the application while now the keys Ctrl + Alt + shift to clear and reset the default preferences.

  I tried to follow this advice in 2 ways:

  A-I press CTL + ALT + SHIFT while clicking on the icon Flash CC in my status bar. The icon has frozen and nothing. I rebooted.

  B I pressed ALT + CTL + SHIFT while clicking twice on the CC Flash shortcut on my desktop. It caused this window open. It looks like a window properties of Windows 7 at the generic address, and I don't see anyway to "erase and reset the default preferences" that Adobe says.

  

  Does anyone know how to remove Flash CC preferences?
