Duplicate mails on Mail

After Windows updates received on July 5, I now get emails twice on my Windows email account. Help please!

Go to tools | Accounts and make sure that it has that an entry in the account if there is only one, remove it, restart and enter it again.

If you still get the dupes, make two ways.

1: try to compact and repair the database.

2: disable analysis in your e-mail anti-virus program. It is a redundant layer of protection that devours the CPUs, slows down sending and receiving and causes a multitude of problems such as time-outs, account setting changes and has even been responsible for the loss of messages. Note that for many AV programs, it may be necessary to uninstall the program and reinstall in custom Mode and uncheck e-mail scanning when the option is available.

    Hi all

    Our VMSM system is set up by using the built-in security for authentication, but we recently received a new requirement using the VMSM API.  I followed the suggestion of API user guide to work around the problem with API & Windows authentication and created a new system that points to the same PB and changed the system of virtual directory to use anonymous access to the IIS directory security.


    That all the work and we transmit information from the API. However, we have now some duplicate outbound email sent by the new API system.  I know a few of you used the API, then how you around that?  Currently, my only idea is to have an another application server built to host system API and stop the mail service running on this server, but this appears to be an overdose to do. Any other ideas?

    You will need to disable the services of polling for the next VSM in the register system:

  • My mail downloads from the server twice, sometimes three times, also all in my address book duplicate email addresses. Can I have a virus, or y at - it a problem

    (1) my mails are downloaded several times since the server without him asking a second time, is it a setting or a bug, how do I fix this problem.

  • Duplicate the Apple ID/e-mail address

    We had the Apple ID/e-mail address of sxxxxx@mac since 2004.  I have always understood that even if I chose to never use versions @me.com or @icloud.com, they did default, belong to us.   Recently we started to receive digital receipts sent to the sxxxxx@icloud for purchases made in England.  I don't think, but perhaps this is a case of fraud?  Just in case, I contacted the two stores in England.  To ensure that a duplicate email address has not received wrong, that Apple could communicate about?   A sincere thanks to all in advance for any help.

  • 31.4 duplicates for Google Mail Thunderbird email

    I use Thunderbird to multiple e-mail accounts, and only my school Google Mail account duplicates by e-mail. The account connects to imap.googlemail.com using my .edu e-mail address. Email gets duplicated in Inbox, all mail folders and Important. For example, if I delete an e-mail from the Inbox, it is always in the folders of all e-mail and Important. If I delete the same email from the folder all the messages, is to be always in the Important folder.

    How can I solve this problem?

    Can you please remove the account Gmail in Thunderbird, then re-create the account precisely following the steps outlined here:

    From the Mail menu bar, you select

    ▹ mail preferences... ▹ Accounts

    Select one of your accounts, IMAP in the list on the left, and then open the behaviors of the box tab, uncheck the box marked

    Store the deleted messages on the server

    Do the same thing in your other accounts IMAP. Save changes when prompted.

    I understand that you see duplicated in E-mail messages.  Given that this only happens with a percentage of your messages, this is from a specific sender?  Can you access this email account via webmail and check if that also contains sensitive messages?  If these do not seem to be duplicated, then I suggest rebuild your mailbox.

    Contact prints each address for each contact in a group that you select.  This could be, for example and to work.  Or it could even be that you have their same address entered twice as a House.  Or you might have duplicate contacts and need to delete some and keep the most relevant.  If you do not duplicate contacts, try file > Print > [show details down to the left if it is not already showing] > Label (among the three Center directly under style options) > addresses and select the category of the address to use to make your labels.

  • Receiving duplicate E-Mails

    I continue to receive the same batch of emails - from different senders - and spent a good part of the morning removing them. My client is Outlook Express and I am running windows XP Home Edition. How to stop receiving these duplicates?

    First, make sure that the account is not listed twice in tools | Accounts. If it's OK, follow these steps.

    Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced. Uncheck: Leave a copy of messages on the server. Then, remove the Pop3uidl.dbx file. You will get the messages once more, but it should be.

    Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.

    In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

    With OE closed, find the Pop3uidl.dbx file and delete it.  Another will be created automatically when you open OE.

    Go to tools | Accounts and make sure that you do not have listed two copies of the same account.  If is not help, then back up, and then make a file | Folder | All compact.   Also be sure that your antivirus software is not defined on analyze them (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3).  If all that does not help, then try to delete the e-mail account, close and reopen OE and then add it back (your messages will not be affected).

    And (plug), my OEX program (www.oehelp.com/OEX/) will remove duplicates.

  • E-mail duplicates in Outlook Express & Outlook 2000 quits at launch.

    (1) I recently imported my email from Outlook 2000 to Outlook Express; After doing this one or twice, that I now e-mails duplicate.  Is it possible to remove all duplicates at once so I do not have to go through each one and delete the dupes?

    (2) action #1 because I have a problem with Outlook.  When I run it, it stops just after opening without error message. I have to open several times until it stabilizes.  I scanned my pst file and I tried to open Outlook in safe mode but nothing helped still.

    Are always copies duplicate messages in Outlook? Remove them all from OE and import once more. You can create a new identity in OE to test this and if successful, use this identity, and delete the other.

    The only tool I know to remove it duplicates it.

    Incident like this happens usually when you have a duplicate email account... 2 identicle accounts.
    So, are your sure to have 4 accounts, not 5?
    You can try the following...
    DELETE this account and re-create the same account. Make sure that you copy the settings first before starting to remove it.
    After re - create the same account, send a test message to this account. How many copies do you receive?

    These keystrokes work in most lists in Windows:

    1. Click on an item to select it;
    2. Click on an item to select it, hold CTRL and click on either one to be selected at a time;
    3. Click on an item to select it, hold the SHIFT key and click another to select both and everything in the meantime;
    4. Click on an item to select it, hold CTRL and press A to select all the items.
    Press DELETE to remove the selection.
     
    You will find it easier to select multiple items in the Contacts folder, if you select view > Details.

    Check that you don't have 2 copies of the account specified under Tools | Accounts.  If this isn't the issue, then its likely the database has been corrupted.  Try to remove your e-mail account, and then compact and repair the database (www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/) and then add your account again.  Also, make sure the antivirus software is not interfering.  See www.oehelp.com/OETips.apsx#3

    Also, my OEX program (www.oehelp.com/OEX/) will remove the duplicate messages.
