DV PAL Widescreen issue export Bitmap 16:9

I searched this issue past issues, but unfortunately last questions did not a definitive answer or a viable solution in my case.

I have a project turned to the DV PAL on a Sony HVR - Z5E format. My sequence settings are: 720 x 576 DV1 / DV PAL 16:9 (1.4587). Captured video is showing only 720 x 576 (1.4587) AVI 25 fps.

I create a freeze frame by exporting it to Windows Bitmap sequence. I put Media export as PAL DV screen aspect 16:9 wide (1.4587) - the same as the source parameter. In output/output of the source monitor looks identical. It seems that I export properly - I can only assume.

But after export, the bitmap image looks like 4:3 with pressed sides. Back in the sequence import confirms this: it is 720 x 576 (1,094). I exported using both Widescreen and programming of square pixels, all produce two aspects of 4:3.

Why SOUL does not export in the correct aspect depending on the parameters? Why it maintains a 4:3 aspect? How can I successfully export to Bitmap and keep the existing 16:9 and bring in my project?

Additional: I do not need my export through any other software, just to capture the still image and import it into the project.

I just tested your workflow (even if I use DV NTSC) and I can confirm what you see. As far as I know, bitmaps are only able to square that contains pixels, then the square of the output image pixel dimensions what dimensions of the image allows you to export (in your case, 720 x 576) becomes. It is not a big problem, however: with the right button of your imported image, simply select "Film" and change the RAILWAY in accordance with the big screen BY.

Also use TIFF which will respect the setting by export.

  • Still menus for PAL widescreen SD sizes

    Hi all

    Bit of a NOOB question, I'm afraid, but it is of course me befuddling! (NOOB to yet, but an old hand at the DVD authoring)

    According to the documentation yet, PAL widescreen SD menus must be created 720 x 576 pixels, 1.42 pixel aspect ratio... This seems perfectly logical and is what I did several times in the past when creating menus for my main DVD authoring app (DVDLab Pro).

    However, when you change the menus to the widescreen SD PAL of Interior still in Photoshop, pixel format is set to 1,458. Indeed, within Premiere Pro all widescreen SD options are indicated using a format of 1,458 pixels.

    Is the incorrect documentation, or have I missed something fundamental all these years?

    Would appreciate anybodys comments and thoughts on this...

    You have discovered a "bug" in the documentation yet. Real menus in the library are correct, but what help said about them is false.

  • Issue export. GIF file using Fireworks

    I am very new to Adobe Fireworks and has no proper training with her. I train only myself.

    Here's the problem: my boss sent me a PNG file, and then sliced his layer. I already have the layer that needs editing. The editing part is over. However, when I exported a. GIF file to bitmap and use a website button, the police of the text and its color has changed. Even when I use the original PNG file, it looks good on Fireworks, but when I exported a. GIF file (to make as one of the button of the site), the police has changed along with its color. Is this a bug with Adobe Fireworks CS5 or it has something to do with ALIAS? Mine is automatically set to smooth anti-aliasing. And once again, it seems perfect on the Fireworks, but when the exported GIF file is opened from the folder where the file has been exported, it is already different.

    Sorry to be redundant at times. I just want me to delete because I'm not really familiar with the terms. I hope someone can help and I would really appreciate it.

    Thank you and GOD BLESS you!

    It seems that the probem is an anti-aliased one. When you export GIF files, choose the Alpha transparency and select a matte color that matches the background color of the HTML page on which you will place the image.

    Maybe you can get some clues if you run the "apexvalidate.sql" script that is located in the folder main 'apex '.

    So before you start the procedure "validate_apex" which was created by the script, search and replace all occurrences of the string "^ 3" with "APEX_040200" (assuming that it is the version of the Apex being installed). "

    Compile the procedure set serveroutput on, then run it as SYS.

  • Issue export book file InDesign to PDF, is there too much InDesign documents?

    I work in a book file for a catalogue consisting of individual records. Each sheet is its own InDesign file because we use them separately, but at the same time have the version more up-to-date in the book. So this was our "simple" solution InDesign won't allow me to export the file of the book in PDF format, unless I have break in two PDF files so I can merge the file in Acrobat. It works fine, but I want to fix the original problem. I checked if all the files have been corrupted, but did not find a problem, then I wonder if there are too many InDesign file in the book. Is there a limit to how many files InDesign you can place in a book?

    It will be more addressable RAM problem...

  • Issue export - export file cannot "convert".

    Hi all

    I currently have problems with the export of a project. I have this wedding video of 50 minutes that I'm trying to export which continues to fail whenever I try to do. I turned the project with two Canon 70dB and a Canon T3i so all the imported videos were .mov files. Most of the audio has been directly the camera mixed with a few audio zoom that I connected to the Palestinian Authority. Now, for most of the video files were shot at 30 frames per second and my second cameraman accidentally shot a few shots at 60 fps. Now, this is where I guess that is where the problem is from, but I don't understand why because the video of "Star" (editing), I created uses some of the same videos (including some with different FPS) and exported very well with H.264, 1920 x 1080. Anyway, when I go to the export of this sequence, after taking about 2.5 hours to export in the 1920 x 1080 H.264 format, file looks as if she has successfully exported. Once I go to the file and click on it, a QuickTime 'conversion' window appears which is quickly followed with a message "cannot open file." Has anyone had a similar problem? If so, please help! I'm supposed to send this video to the couple of tomorrow and I am short on time

    Hey everyone, so I put 1020x780p instead of H.264 QuickTime export settings and that seemed to fix it. Thanks for all the help. You guys are life savers.

  • issue Export-csv

    Hello!

    I am trying to export-csv the following code, each obvious answer seems to fail or display the data too, can anyone help?

    {{write-host $VMHost.Name, $ClusterName, $VMHost.CPUTotalMhz, $VMHost.MemoryTotalMB}}

    Thank you

    Steve

    Try it like this

    $report = @()
    foreach ($ClusterName in Get-Cluster) {
         foreach ($VMHost in (Get-VMHost -Location $ClusterName | where {$_.Name -match "rxh*"} | Sort Name)){
              $row = "" | Select Name,ClusterName,CPUTotalMhz,MemoryTotalMB
              $row.Name = $VMHost.Name
              $row.ClusterName = $ClusterName.Name
              $row.CPUTotalMhz = $VMHost.CPUTotalMhz
              $row.MemoryTotalMB = $VMHost.MemoryTotalMB
              $report += $row
         }
    }
    $report | Export-Csv "C:\report.csv" -NoTypeInformation

    You must remember that Write-Host sends the data to the console, while the Export-Csv cmdlet picks up what is in the pipeline (when used like this)

  • Bad format or size at the Pal anamorph exportation with ProRes codec!

    Hello community,

    I have a problem exporting a stain in the right format. The client / service provider of anamorph needs PAL 16:9 in ProRes codec download.

    When I export my FULLHD spot at these setting, the size of the report l / h / spot turns out to be false. When the size is 720 x 576, which is correct, but the anamorph opened in QT Pro size quotet in brackets indicates the different values, for example, 1020 x 576 but never 1024 x 576, which would be correct.

    The software service providers online won't work with these false nunmbers...! ?

    The same with QT export settings Animation codec is correct. Also when exporting the same composition with two modules of export, the Animation codec is OK, won't the ProRes codec. It doesn't matter if I have a PAL-format export comp or stretch while exporting the FullHD model.

    In collaboration with After Effects CC.

    Any ideas?

    Don't resize the output but rather give up your comp full HD in a widescreen standard PAL model, mount the HD model horizontally and then return the new layout without using resizing controls.

    Second option, made your FullHD comp a codec to master of production based frame (prorez) and then use Adobe Media Encoder and install a preset PAL widescreen Square Pixel. Here's my Pal Prorez 422 HQ widescreen preset. That's what I use for all applications for Pal ProRez of my clients.

  • Exporting Widescreen - it is not that difficult!

    Hi all

    I really hope that someone can help me here, I am a user of Premiere Pro's long-term and yet I recently upgraded to CS4 with the new media encode and simple operations now seem impossible, in this scenerio - export video widescreen... on the big screen!

    I have a video, long about 1 minute. Turned on the big screen. Published in a project of big screen first and for export settings: Mov or Mpeg or WMV and DV PAL Widescreen preset - which gives me then (immutable) 720 x 576 frame size. I pick square Pixels of selection of report and export. I have a video screen more than black stripes to give me a 4:3 screen. Because I can not change the size of the image, I've changed the pixels on the screen, and it gives me a 4:3 video without black bands, skewing it horribley. I tried to change everything! Different codecs give me the right size, but a file of hundreds and hundreds of big Mo. Seriously, it shouldn't be this hard!

    Please someone, talk of the senses!

    Ryan

    That seems OK to me. What the result?

  • Hi, when I export my video footage in adobe pro cs6 first, the film does not come out clearly when its ready for recall. I've never had this problem during and uninstalled the software and installed it again, but get the same problem. I tried

    My export settings are mpeg2 dvd and then Pal widescreen high quality that I always used. I have pictures that I tried to export was recorded on a sony 200 1080 50i pxw, can help pls

    You have changed fields less than superior. I don't remember what works with 50i.

    Also, parameters of culture to the left, use "scale to fill" and you will get rid of thin black columns left and right.

  • MPEG2 export ratio

    Hello

    I work with a square pixel of 3840 x 2160 on chronology of 1920 x 1080 pixel square too, and I want to do an export MPEG2.

    I choice for export: ' widescreen 16 1/9 (1,459) "which produce little black bar on the right and left and big screen 2.21 (1,768) that produces very large black bar on the right and left;

    3840 x 2160 = 1920 X 1080 = 16/9 = 1.7777 then, what's the problem with export to MPEG2 pixel ratio? Why can't I get a video without black bar in the 16: 9 format?

    Best regards

    Olivier

    OK, now you're talking. These details were missing from your OP.

    Export to MPEG2 - DVD PAL widescreen high quality, turn on of maximum quality, and in the output tab, select scale to fill.

    1. do you use Windows Movie Maker to publish the movie?

    2. What is the file format of the videos that you want to publish?

    3. are you able to play the movie using a different drive?

    If you are using Windows movie maker, and then try the following steps and check if it helps:

    Method 1:

    It is possible that some video filters installed on the computer are at the origin of the problem.
