  Can you try reinstalling cygwin?  Maybe choose another mirror?  I just tried it on a virtual charge machine and was able to download and find the cygrunsrv.exe package.

  The problem I encountered was a loop to the original system, which would cause record duplication errors. I searched the net and used 'GETAPPLOPS' & 'IGNOREREPLICATES' and 'TRANLOGOPTIONS EXCLUDEUSER xxxx' in both the ext1 extracted in system1(Source machine) and ext2 in system2 (target machine).
  
  But now I am unable to replicate the record now. What must have gone bad? I do this mapping in Datapump? as indicated in the RFSO GG mapping is checked. Here are the params Ext1 and Ext2

  Few things to check.

  What is the JDK/JRE Version.
  What is the version of WLS?
  From the error lines, I can see THAT RCU Version is 11.1.1.3.

  If the WLS version is 10.3.3, so it is not supported with IDM 11.1.1.2.

  Suggestions: update IDM to 11.1.1.3 and configure it. Here are the steps.

  -Cancel the Configuration Wizard, delete the directories of domain Instance ACE and WebLogic OR if it's on the virtual machine, you can return to the previous snapshot.
  -Update IDM in 11.1.1.3
  -Execute config.cmd or confg.sh

  I created a virtual of Mac OS X Server machine using Fusion 3 in Mac OS X Server.
