  You have Word? Office 2004 won't work with El Capitan.

  You can save the attachment and then try to open it to see what happens. If it still does not open, try to open Word or Pages or TextEdit and use the command open.

  To remove an account go to:
  Tools-Account Settings
  Select the account from the list.
  Actions / delete account

  No Tools menu bar? Press the alt key to make it appear.

  If you have any email from the old account that you want to keep, move it to a local folder before deleting the account. All messages in a local folder will disappear with the account.

  You need to activate the folders pane so you can see all your accounts, active or not.

  In the Menu bar select view-presentation-folder pane

  I've recently updated firefox 12 which seems to break my firefox sync and did not allow to me re - pair my PC or any other device to my account. To try to resolve the problem, I decided to delete my account. After doing this, I created a new firefox sync account on my PC using the same email address I used in my previously deleted sync account.

  It seems to work very well and so I tried pairing my iPhone (using firefox home) for this new account of synchronization. I used the password of firefox home gave me and according to firefox on my PC, the synchronization was successful. However, a minute late, my iPhone came with the error message "connection failed: unable to communicate with the server (503).

  I then tried to log in the Web site of firefox sync with my email address (https://account.services.mozilla.com/)and got the message "we couldn't log. I then clicked on the forgotten your password link and entered my e-mail address and received another error message "unable to locate the account. Please check username "!

  It would appear that the deletion of my account and create a new one with the same email address a stuff everything upward? I don't want to use a different email address.

  Have you tried again to create a new account to synchronize with the same e-mail address?

  When you create a bookmark, it will be shown in 2 places, there is no overlap of the bookmark, and then coming in "recently bookmarked" is as an index of the most recently created bookmarks:

  • the automatic query of your existing bookmarks in "recently set bookmark".

  When you create a bookmark with a tag, the tab will be shown in 2 places, there is no duplication with the bookmark or tag, the recent "Tags" is like an index of latest brands:

  • the regular bookmark
  • the automatic query of your bookmark existing "recent Tags".

  My only suggestion is, if the smart folders "Recently set bookmark", "Most visited" and "Recent Tags" are concerning you or creates confusion for you, you can right-click on these files, individual items not in these three files, but the files themselves and choose Delete. Then you need more these 3 smart folders showing and that can end your confusion about the smart folders.

  I don't have any other suggestions or information for you, as it appears that you have either not well read or understand not smart folders that I posted earlier, or information we are not 'communicate '. If the post above and those which precede this post do not resolve your question, maybe someone on the forum can explain it in a way that you can understand.
