Hi Dave, your printer is not an active web model and so it will not have a single email address. Although it is a wireless printer, its support for printing from mobile devices is quite limited. However lets see if we can get you printing from your Kindle for DJ 2544 device if we can.

First of all you have the printer connected to your WiFi network? If this is not the case, this link is for your model and page 47 user's Guide, it is where begins the section on connectivity. Follow the instructions to set up your printer wireless to your home network. If you have problems with this return ticket and I'll try to help.

Then go ahead and install the mobile printing application ePrint for the Kindle from this link , it is the application on top. This application supports printing of photos, web pages and many types of common files. Even if your printer is not officially listed as being supported by the ePrint application, it can work with many wireless models. With the Kindle and the printer connected to the same network, open the application on the Kindle, and I hope that your printer model should appear at the top of the screen as an available printer.

Post back about how you will.

Best.

Press the 'ePrint' on your printer - which will display your e-mail address of printer.

If you have not enabled web services, you can do this from the settings button on the screen that appears on the printer screen when you press the ePrint.

  • All I want to know is the e-mail address of my printer. I can't connect to HP.

I try to print from my ipad, and I need to know the e-mail address of my printer.  I don't know how to find that.  I thought that if I logged on HP I could know, but apparently, my password does not work.  What to do next?

    Hello

Perhaps it is that you have a SnapFish.com account. A large number of long-term HP customers have SnapFish.com accounts and don't realize it. One of the printer software frees customers signed up automatically, and most people did not know, or forgot, because they never used it. Try to go to SnapFish.com and using the forgotten password screen link it connection. Once you have reset the password, go to ePrintCenter.com and use the SnapFish.com log in information to connect. If this does not help, you may need to contact SnapFish.com directly to delete the account, or use a different email to record with. Another difficulty that I have met is actually recreate a SnapFish.com account, if SnapFish says no accounts exist, or no email comes, when you try to reset your password.

  • You cannot change the e-mail address of the printer

I have just purchaesd a HP Officejet 6700, I have connected the printer to the web via a wireless network and received the automatically generated e-mail address that I'd like to change it to something easier to remember.

I created an account with the printcenter E, but when I log in there is nothing on the home screen showing me what follows must be displayed according to your article news App that says "Click on the" Edit"button beside where your existing ePrint address appears, and follow the prompts to complete the process"

The button Edit is not in sight.  I tried to connect using AOL & Internet Explorer (64-bit), but the result is the same.

If I try to re - register the website tells me that my email address is already registered, which suggests that I registered successfully, as I received emails from HP saying congraulations on registration to connected HP.

I try to use ePrint to my work PC smart phone and Blackberry, both have the same email address, my company uses Business Enterprise System.  I have my work email address entered as allowed in the center of ePrint - sender settings.  I get confirmation that e-mail printing request was received successfully, but in the center of ePrint, that State of labour displays the following message - rejected - Email sender is not an authorized sender...

If I change downtown EPrint setting for "Who can send jobs to your printer with ePrint?" to anyone, I am able to print from my work address...

The address when he shows up to the ePrint server does not match what is in the authorized sender field. This is normally caused by a third party filter that is using the company on their systems. I put in "anyone can send jobs", unless you have given the email address to someone would let you is no longer want to be able to use it.

You can find the email address of the printer in two different ways. The first is to connect to your account connected HP and look on the page of the printer for the e-mail address. The second is to press the button on the front panel ePrint and it will display all the information services of web Printers .
