E-mail errors

I have Windows mail on Vista. My email provider is BT.com mail. I questioned my problems with them, and to be honest I can access my mail via BT.com without problems. If I use Windows mail usually it connects without problems then go download 1Message then up error. Stop windows messaging and recovery often the same thing repeats. If I persevere possibly the other mail will be normally. Following error messages occur.

Can someone it help drives me crazy.

    If the mail is just text, it passes generally through. A small accessory (60KO ' ish) sometimes sends. A greater attachment always generates the error message

    I disabled the scan to email from my AV, both for incoming & outgoing messages. It is AVG Free Edition, Ver.8.0.169.

    My ISP tech support says that my setup is correct; that the problem must be a bug in my email client... "call", they say... It was at their suggestion I went from WM to WLM. The problems all seem to have begun when the IAF spent my connection DSL of the CAPM method (using a Cisco 675 modem) mode DMT (with a Westell 6100 modem). (does anyone know what I just said, there?...) I don't have!)

    .. .anybody have ideas? I am open to any suggestions at this point.

    So Windows XP you pretty much has the same result as Vista, regarding the sending of attachments. To exclude the server as being the cause of the problem, you should try another server. Get a free account with Gmail, which will allow
    you try their server smtp.gmail.com.

    Error 0x800CCC0D means that the server is not found. Error 11003 socket is usually a DNS error: the name of the specified server does not exist or cannot be translated into an IP address. Given that you don't tell us which server is involved, it's impossible to think what you need to enter to the place.

    It is quite sure, however, that changing the settings of the server will not help if the server is not found. Juggle with the firewall is dangerous and will not help in this case either.     Windows Live Mail error ID: 0 x 80004003. I get it sometimes when I try to send a photo albums with Live Mail. I got it when I'm on my reliable home wireless LAN networks in public places, if not, and when I am connected with ethernet to the hotel wireless networks. Subsequently, I can't send e-mail from the account that I used in the transmission attempt - even when I'm no longer on the network where the problem arose. I can send email from other accounts, however. In any case, the only thing I got to do is to delete the message in my Outbox, and then try again. Although ultimately it seems to go and account returns to 'normal' - or what is happening to normal on a Vista 32 PC, in any case - sometimes it is faster to work around Live Mail and just go directly to Hotmail to send the message and the pix. I have no idea what causes this error message and I can't answer for a "fix" on any of the where a fix is required. It's probably just Windows *, Yes? Or someone out there actually know what is causing this problem and how to fix?
