E-mail for direct broadcasting blackBerry Smartphones

I can't spread my BB email as I can leave the office. I have all my contacts on my BB with their different categories but only able to send individuals. What I am doing wrong?

Yes, the categories are different groups.

You must create groups on the BB, best I remember.

You can create categories in Entourage and sync for BB, but not groups.

  • E-mail configuration for Curve 9320 blackBerry Smartphones

    Hello

My e-mail configuration software has been deleted and I would like to know how to reinstall it, please.

    (Blackberry Curve 9320)

    Hi Dysty

Do you have a BlackBerry data Plan on your account?

If you already have BIS account and desktop software does not add this configuration of e-mail application, please refer to this Knowledge Base to resolve your problem:

KB10773 : the configuration of e-mail application does not appear in the BlackBerry smartphone.

Try it and let us know if you face any problem by following these steps.

  • Contact information for installation of blackBerry Smartphones.

I recently purchased the Blackberry Torch; the numbers were transferred over my old Blackberry Pearl phone.

One of my many Contacts had NO code appearing in front of the 7 - digit telephone number.  I tried to text him and of course, she came back with the error message.  I went and edited the number to include the area code (made a 10-digit number) - and I still get the same error message.

I deleted this contact 3 times and entered its data with different names - but the same phone with all the 10 listed numbers - and I still get an error code when I text.  I just listed the number under the 'work' instead of 'mobile' - always impossible to send text.

I called him - no problem; He can call me - no problem; He can text me - no problem; I just can't text or make a text.

What is going on?  Does anyone have a solution for this?

    Smartphones Dang sure too!

OK, sounds similar to something that happened to me last week, I tried to call a number instead.

Look at your call history, by accessing your Messages folder > press Menu > folders > phone call logs and you will need find and remove all previous attempts to call this number.

Also, in the same place, watch sending SMS and delete all previous attempts of SMS.

Your device "to remember" and use these previous calls to that number as a story of several parameters and if you remove all the people, I would then do a full restart on the device, in this case > with smart BlackBerry poweredphone, remove the battery for a minute and then reinsert the battery to restart. A reboot in this way is prescirbed for most the gltiches and operating system errors, and you will lose any data on the device doing so.

Now, after, you have removed all instances of old of the call/SMS and restarted, try again.

  • Support for mail Yahoo POP3 of blackBerry Smartphones

I hope someone can help me.  I'm an American living in Guangzhou, China.  I currently have an iPhone 3 g, but the battery life terrible that makes me regret getting the phone in the first place.  I got exactly 4 months, and while its features are many, the battery life denies almost none of the features that made me buy in the first place.

I was in an electronic Mall the other day, here in China, and I was looking for BlackBerry.  I played with the BB 9000 and liked what I saw - the most important being the battery replaceable by the user.  After being in the store for what amounts to an hour, (my Chinese girlfriend have to interpret it for me) I was ready to buy the handset, but then said I'd need to buy a separate service which amounted to 58 rmb per month in order to get my Yahoo mail to work on the aircraft.  I just want the appliance for email.  I can use my iPhone for all the other stupid stuff I want to do if I need to.  I ONLY need access to my Yahoo email, send or receive - what is it.

The configuration of email for my iPhone was easy as pie.  I had the choice for external mail options, and I had only to insert my China Mobile SIM card in the device.  I do not pay any charge except the use of the card.  I just configured my pop3 information in the iPhone and I was off and running.  I love the iPhone, but the battery drain is ridiculous.  And I bought an external battery adapter that makes the whole package too big to use.

I'd appreciate any help you could provide.

I could have missed your question, but if with regard to the additional cost of data Plan BlackBerry, yes it's true.

Without the BlackBerry data Plan, you will get no e-mail feature.

    Good luck.

  • Multiple e-mail addresses for a Contact blackBerry Smartphones

Does anyone know how to store, and most importantly USE more than one address of a contact on a Pearl running 4.3.0.127 software?  BB is a great email management tool, but it has a major drawback because I can store only one of the e-mail addresses of the person, unless I'm willing to have several contact entries in the address book for a person.  I can't store a person working address, home address and phone, let alone address addresses for both phones. Since I was with Sprint and SPRINT software FORCES of e-mail TO SEND PICTUREMAIL on someone of OTHER PHONE, it IS EVEN MORE a PROBLEM!

If you have a suggestion, please share it.

    Thank you

No offense... it's very easy to do. Go to your address book -> hoghlight a contact and click the Menu button-> change -> click on the Menu button and select Add an email address. You did!

You can add up to 3 email addresses.

    Hello!

Unfortunately, the current version and the last for the BlackBerry Curve 8520 is OS 5.0.0.1036 bundle, which is currently installed on your device.

Because the other 7 and OS6 is to rest the device series to date new Smartphone launched by BlackBerry.

So for the USGA improved version, either you change your device or, wait if a new update is launched on the market.

I hope that solves your problem!

  • E-mail address standard of blackBerry Smartphones

    Hello

I had a messaging problem on my BB Bold 9900. In addition, to my old email address, I created a new while keeping the old address active. In my system, I changed the standard e-mail address to the new. So far so good, when I write a new email my BB as the sender uses the new address. It's just different when I select a recipient from my contacts (which where before the new e-mail address). The question is why BB choose the old e-mail address as from address while it is supposed to use a new? I assume this has something to do with the contacts, but I can´t find a way to solve this problem.

    Thanks for helping me!

    Hi nobody123,

Welcome to the BlackBerry support community.

This feature works by design. When you send an email, the last address that you used for the e-mail to contact is selected by default. This article should provide more information. "What is the email a contact's default address when you compose a new message of electronic mail to the address book" http://bbry.lv/YXI05S

    I hope this helps.

  • Desktop download for Curve 8320 blackBerry Smartphones software

I bought my Curve 8320 from a previous owner and the software CD was not included. Which version to download?

To get the BB Desktop Software to open this link: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/desktop/

    Click on the Download"" button.

In the drop-down list select: BlackBerry Desktop Software version 4.7

Click on the button "Next" under the drop-down list

    To find

Desktop Manager 4.7.0 English B59 - without Media Manager

    and download it.

When it is downloaded - install it.

I advised to download BB Desktop Software without Media Manager because it is not necessary to have the Media Manager.

It is possible to avoid the use of Media Manager and transfer of media files directly on the desktop computer memory card.

  • E-mails from lack of blackBerry Smartphones

I have a Curve 8520 connected to. The server of the company (BIS) and I miss emails for more than 1 month so that I can see in my office with Microsoft Outlook 2007. Is it possible to let them see in my BlackBerry too? I tried to synchronize with the software of office but no way. Thanks for help.

It is not worth. With a BB, you must choose a single method to send your BB. If you use electronic mail OTA, the use of desktop software to reconcile, it is not available (at least it did not use to be... it's been quite some time that I need to). If you really need those emails on your BB, then simply send to yourself.

    Good luck!

  • Lists of corporate email address for access to blackBerry Smartphones

Back in another life, I had a BB of the work, about two years ago. With this, one I could get the corporate e-mail and also to search for an address in the business exchange address book. I currently have a BB Curve 2 and a BB Enterprise with AT & T data Plan. I can't understand how to access the corporate email address list. I can access my contacts that are my old cell phone numbers, but nothing from the Exchange Server.

Anyone know if I can do it from my BB Curve, or I am the GROUND?

    TIA,

    Larry

I called AT & T C/S and discovered how to do a "search" on the company's server. Problem solved

  • Waiting for Messages from blackBerry Smartphones, but now a witness flashing

I have the 8330 model.  It's something that I just started to notice.  I might e-mail or a SMS in my mailbox on the handset but the red LED does not blink or I could see it flashing but not able to get him right this second and when I go to check what came in the LED blink more until I push the trackball.

Is there a setting that says only Flash for so long and then switch off until something is pushed?

    Thank you

I searched the forums and can't find the interval of time-out for the LED message.

This is the third-party application that I spoke:

  • Touch of convenience for the 8300 blackBerry Smartphones

I'm trying to understand how to implement the right key convenience on a Curve 8320 behaves like the home button located on the right side of a BlackBerry 8700 (and any other template before the arrival of the balls among us).  Get some of my people has opted for the 8300 Series trackball, but they badly want the ESC key on the side. Facility key convenience covers requests and I am told by my provider, it cannot be done.  Will there be a positive response to this?

they will have to deal with it.
Anyway, with the curve, apart from having the right hand of Hellboy, the ESC key is really easy to access when you use the trackball.

  • For external modem blackBerry Smartphones software

I have the BB 9000 "BOLD" running in Windows vista. In my computer Device Manager displays Conexant HDA D330 MDC V - 92 and Standard Modem in the Modem window. Do I have to install software such as BlackBerry USB and Modem Drivers_ (DM4.5 B13) _english before the configuration? If I have to install, I get an English version of the software? If I have to download a version in French, it is easy to use? I don't read French. Thank you very much.

You try to use your Blackberry as a modem? In other words - you are trying to access the internet via your Blackberry "BOLD"?

If so, it's actually faily simple:

    (1) make sure that you have Blackberry Desktop Manager installed. Launch Desktop Manager, and then connect your blackberry via USB.

    2) go to: Control Panel > network and sharing Center

    (3) on the left side, click "set up a connection or network.

    4) click on "configure a dial-up connection."

    (5) click on Modem Standard (it's your "BOLD")

    (6) now this next part depends on your service provider.

For Rogers, is the phone number: * 99 #.

The username and password field is empty.

    (7) then click on connect, and it should connect and configure an internet connection through your blackberry.

  • Applications for my 9310 blackBerry Smartphones

Can someone tell me why there are so limited the range of applications for my 9310 app World? Even so clearly, they work and are compatible with my particular model? Miss me many applications that I use to use a daily basis and I can not get the z10 now.

    Hello

App compatibility is a question of specific device model number, OS level, carrier and country. Every application developer should port their application to all combinations of those they choose to support... it's a lot of Portage, so many developers simply choose not to support all and rather choose some subsets they will support.

But it's the applications developers who make those choices. So if there are specific applications you want, your application would be best directed to the application developer to know if/when they will support your specific configuration. You can always find the contact information for developers on the catalog page AppWorld (best found using PC/browser and not being NOT connected to your BB ID).

    Good luck!
