E-mail links don't open

When I try to open links in my email I get this message: "this file has no program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if such is already installed, create an association in the default programs control panel. "How can I fix it?

Hello

1. What mail client do you use?

2. what browser you use to access the e-mail?

You can check if you are able to open the link by copying the link and paste it into the address bar of the browser or check if you get an error message.

Check whether the url is activated as a Internet browser in Set associations or not.

a. click Start , and then click default programs.
b. now, click associate a file or Protocol with a program type and check if the url is enabled in the default Internet browser, if not, try enabling it.

You can also set Internet Explorer as default and check.
