  Very well.  I have a desktop which is a few years old, and I need to more video memory in order to run some new games smoothly.  So far, my 'helper' on my desktop HP has been useless for helping me find this basic information:

  -I still have how many slots have opened

  Also, will adding a second card to the top of my video RAM in all, or do I have to replace the primary card?

• I am unable to access my e-mail address on my Outlook e-mail, and there's a section at the top that isn't normally there?

  For the last 4 days my outlook MSN mail is not properly displayed, and I can't select any of my emails even though I can see them. There is also a view (it looks like a selection preference window) at the top that I've not seen before. My e-mail address appears fine on other computers.   TB V - 24.4.0, Win XP32, fired from OE to the CT today on the friends system is about to run Win 7 64. Original e-mail account is lequipetv.fr and it was able to import all the mail and setting of address book correctly in TB. However, at the top of the pane of the records of the CT, his main account is not listed, only local files. When I sent a test email to his account, he has not received so I tried to click on the "Get Mail" button above the pane folder without success. Next to the right of the "Get Mail" button is a drop down and when I open, I see 'download all new messages at the top and his main account (complete address) below. Now when I click on his email in this button, his hand began to populate fine. Looks like the main profile (account) is not the default value and after 3 hours of reading tips, support, help files, etc... at my wits end trying to get it setup correctly if I can back it up with Mozbackup and restoration on the new system. I would like to include a screen shot, but could not find an option to do so at the moment, another question? Thanks in advance.

  Thanks Matt, you provided now settings TB download new default email opening of TB. One last question, I don't like having the pane complete message for security reasons, but when I go into this display/page/Message pane and uncheck it on every screen, every time that I reopen it TB, it gives the message pane on. Any way to save it permanently? Thanks again for your help!

  It is not clear what you mean by this statement.

  • There is an option in the contacts window in kind (names) of > name -is that what you mean?
  • Or that, when you open / switch to the contacts window, you see a list sorted by last name?
  • Or that when you click on to... or start typing in the to... box in a message composition window, you see a list ('contact selector') sorted by family name?

  Only in contact with an e-mail address will appear in the "Chooser". The list includes names in alphabetical order. For contacts with a first name and a registered name , the list will be sorted based on the preference granted to sort by in the Contacts window. Contacts with multiple email addresses will appear once for each address with the address in brackets after the name.

  Name is a special value built by WLMail contact data fields. It will consist of the first match found during the analysis of the data fields in the following order:

  1. Nickname
  2. First name + last name (in the order specified to sort by in the Contacts window)
  3. First name or last name
  4. Company
  5. E-mail address
  As you start typing in of... box, WLMail will present a list of matching entries in your contacts list. You can start typing username, first name, first name, company, e-mail address to a contact or any significant word in the Notes field for this contact. So, if you type bil, for example, the list that appears will include
  • any person whose nickname starts with Bil, e.g. Billyboy
  • any person whose first name begins with Bil, e.g. of Bilbo Baggins
  • anyone whose first name begins with Bil, for example Jim Bilko
