  What exactly is the problem? You are also being invited to review the account and enter payment details? If you did you are your details accepted - if they are, you should be able to remove them then.

  I had a similar problem, but the message I get is slightly different. It reads:
  Banned file type.
  This message contains an attachment whose file type is considered dangerous
  The file has been disabled.

  However, all disabled files file type is a regular .docx, IE the Word file. What more that these are files I received for a few months and receiving was not disabled. Also my security program didn't have a problem with them, either then or now. They seem to be turned off during the night, all together, almost certainly due to an update of Windows.

  I suggest that Ken verifies that the message he gets is not the same as mine before worrying about his contact its attachments are carrying a virus. Dare I say no matter what type of file can carry a virus but I do not see how a docx file can be considered a dangerous type itself. It seems more likely that there is a bug in the update of Windows.

  There is probably another person on another forum on this site with the same problem. They have been advised to sort through the Security Options in the file menu (it's in the Tools menu on my version).  Under the Security tab disabled option
  Do not allow the opening or saving attachments that could contain a virus.

  It worked for me, although I don't think it worked for the original questioner.

  Anyway, once FIPS is off sync started working. This level of encryption is probably overkill for standard web browsing in any case.
