  I am currently tagging of people appearing in different folders under my folder "Photo".

  Is it possible that, when I choose a person to see all the pictures, I can see all the photos of this person irespective of the folder in which they are in?

• Windows Live Photo Gallery - how to increase the limit of tag 1010 people on the search function

  The search function in Windows Live Photo Gallery people tags seems to be an arbitrary limit of 1010 different tags (1000 in the alphabetical list + the 'Top 10'). Is there a way to get around this?

  When I used the Vista Photo Gallery and my tags 'people' were just a subset of 'descriptive' tags that I created, I could find just a name on the left panel. Not sure why it isn't a section he tags in the version of Windows Live people. If you put arbitrary limitations on the functionality of Visual search 'whizz bang', it would be nice if there was a relief when it does not work.

• I can't tag friends on Facebook by typing in their names

  In Firefox for my office (Linux Mint), I am able to enter a person's name and mark in a message or a comment. For example, when I type in my wife's name he his tag in the post/comment and her report just him in a message/comment. I am also able to do it on Facebook using Chrome for Android mobile site. Unfortunately this behavior does not occur in Firefox on my Android phone.

  I thought it might be my modules (I use Adblock Edge and Ghostery), but I uninstalled both and I always feel the same behavior (or lack thereof).

  Anyone know what could be causing this?

  I found a way to solve this problem. Install the add-on false (which allows to change the user-agent string) and set the Firefox OS user agent string. Then re-load Facebook mobile site. You should be able to tag people by entering their name now.

  So it doesn't seem to be a JS issue, it seems to be how Facebook makes the site for Firefox for Android. If do you think that you use something else (for example Firefox OS) it renders properly.

  Responses to this question seem to say that if you work with JPGs and they aren't ready to read-only, the people and info descriptive tag will be written to the file. Unfortunately I don't have access to another PC which is properly set up to test proposed to move the file and see if the tags go with it. The test I ran to save a file that is not marked on a label, replacing and in WLPG, I see the descriptive tags disappear but the tags of selected candidates. The more logical explanation that it does not appear that the descriptive tags are saved with the file, so get wiped out when it is saved, but tags people have registered elsewhere and so are kept. If people tag info get stored in the file, it seems to do it in a way that prevents it from if crushed along with the photo, which certainly doesn't seem wise.

  It is possible that some of the specifics of what I see, it's because I'm using a very old version of Paint Shop Pro (7.04) which I think has no functionality based on the tag at all. If this is the case, however, it still seems like there is a problem with Vista, which would be responsible for any treatment focused on the tag that is to do.

  To summarize:

  (1) WLPG guesses as to the ID of a face. If it is identical to another face on the catalogue, it it will give the name of this surface.

  (2) you will not lose information tag people. (I confirmed that for external hard drives and windows live skydrive, but if you use a third-party backup product, tags to be considered)

  I accidentally named the same person twice, can someone tell me how to remove one of the names that keeps showing up whenever I went to appointing a person. He presents himself as what looks like a "rubber stamp" icon before the name rather than a photo. I merged all the photos in the right name, but I can't get rid of the duplicate name.   Have you you merge these piles of people?

  Or you see two different cells of the same person appointees according to?

  In this case, you don't have that one battery of this person but two people tags, you can resolve this issue by following these steps.

  1. go in the media view and look for this tag in the tags people Panel

  2. you will see two tags different people with the same name

  3 locate the tag that no image is associated. Click with the right button on this tag and select Delete.

  If you try to change the tags people use in the right panel in the media view. Yes, she does not edit here.

  I understand another useful response that people tag in images is by using the list of keywords. LR3 stores this information in the areas of XMP data. However, a much more appropriate place seems to be the dedicated people (or person in Image) field of XMP metadata. LR3 it stores indeed in person in Image if you add people to fill manually from the "person" field (IPTC Extension of the metadata section). Is there a way to avoid the manual entry and use a system as for the list of keywords? In other words, I want a set of people that I then can I just drag the images to mark them.

  It is 'a', not 'the' way to tag people and an individual choice.

  'People' allowed own iView/Expression of the recording media that is in an image. This is a very useful place to store those names, because it is dedicated to this task and maintains separate names of keywords. Personally, I prefer to use keywords for well known names like "Ryan Giggs", and I don't want keywords for family or other private persons as that would allow foreigners to identify if the photos are online or elsewhere, and key words such as "Sophie" don't necessarily mean something to others.

  "Person" is the most recent unconstitutional by the IPTC Extension standard and is the right place to register these names, but is not as useful or as convenient as using keywords in Lightroom for the task. LR keywords can be denied, of course, but the errors occur (e.g. forgetting to mark as private, or the correction of upgrading of LR2 that affect the box not to export).

  For what it's worth, I'm working on a plug-in that allows him drag / move for people and places and then copy the keywords people in the person shown fields and IPTC Extension. It is already being tested by many people.

• FontSize and display-zoom

  I have a pair of questions, I have not found an answer to what about the iPad Pro (9'7 "")-fonts and screensize.

  1 is it possible to reduce the fontsize size in Pages or Notes? Something like 8-10pts in word. I know that some applications are limited, but surely there must be a way? (I've already put it at least in the General settings, but to little effect).

  2. is it possible to increase the maximum amount of zoom outward? Everything on the screen is big enough, even with a possible minimum fontsize and zoom outward (and no it's not the zoom-in bug) and it makes me comfortable writing notes and emails or surf the web then on the bus.

  Summary: It's too easy for people to see and read what is on the screen of my iPad. Is it possible to do what is shown on the smaller screen? E.g. As the deactivation of the scaling width in the browser or double the zoom-out.
