  If the account got locked due to the consecutive attempts with wrong password, it will get automatically unlocked after the time specified in the account lockout settings but if you forgot the password and want to reset it, then you can go through the blog below

  You can have zoomed pages by accident.
  Reset the zoom of page on pages that are causing problems.

  • View > Zoom > reset (Ctrl / command + 0 (zero))
  • Press the ALT key, or press F10 to display the Menu bar.

  As I don't use Adobe Elements Organizer 14 Mac (and do not want to!), I can he trashy?

  So, I guess I have to work around the app from Adobe PhotoShop Elements and replace it with an alias of "Adobe Photoshop éléments Editor" any where I want, is it not?

  Yes you can. The two apps work independently even if you lose the ability to add similar version sets photos when you save files in the editor.

  You can launch the Editor directly from the folder of files support (see image below) or launch pad. If it is open click the right-click (Ctrl-click) on the dock icon, and choose Options > keep in Dock

  In the future, you will be able to launch directly from the docking station.

  It was to be expected if you have made a backup from external software instead of using the recommendations of backup / restore of the Organizer:

  If you "import" the backup made by other software, you can only retrieve the metadata that you have voluntarily registered in the metadata section of your files.

  The albums are NOT written in the files. They are lists of files stored in the catalog, like playlists for audio.

  Because it is saved in the catalog, you have to run the process described above to retrieve the catalog or (if you install on the same computer) to 'convert' catalog.

  I just downloaded the trial version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 & Adobe Premiere Elements 10 because I want to give it a try before you buy it. I have a id Adobe and ID and when I get it on the main screen need me a pop called 'your account '. This screen shows, "we have identified your Adobe ID account successfully and you are just a few benefits not fresh. Please fill in the following information. Then it askes for my date of birth, to enter a personal URL and two boxes for the privacy policies and terms of use.

  Throughout the process the update account button down is gray. I enter all the data requested and the button never lights. I can't send my data because the button remains grayed out.

  Any ideas?

  Jeff asked if anyone is able to connect to Adobe.com. This form of additional information which maintains and Adobe.com account was found. However, what he is now trying to do is create a Photoshop.com account. Someone at - it tried connecting Photoshop.com and check the process here? If you are able to successfully complete the process of connecting to Photoshop.com, then you should be able to bypass this screen for more information.

  In the middle of the three buttons at the top right. Make sure the middle one shows one box. Then you can drag the window down and in and grabbing the banner at the top to raise it above the taskbar.
   
  Make sure that there are no other open windows including minimized in the taskbar, and then close Adobe Reader. Windows will remember the size as long as it is the last window closed.
