East BrowseFox-FTQ, a program of mozilla?
McAfee recommends that you quarantine of this program: "BrowseFox-FTQ. What is a part of Mozilla Firefox?
I never heard of him before (McAfee doesn't think it's a big deal, just a potentially unwanted program) and it is not Mozilla. Feel free to remove it.

Hello
Some Firefox problems can be solved by performing a clean reinstall. This means that you delete your Firefox program files, and then reinstall Firefox. This process does not delete your Firefox profile (such as bookmarks and passwords) data, since this information is stored in a different location. To do a clean reinstall of Firefox, follow these steps: Note: you can print these steps or consult them in another browser.
- Download the latest version of Firefox from mozilla.org office (or choose the download for your operating system and language on this page) and save the file to install it on your computer.
- Once the download is complete, close all Firefox Windows (or open the Firefox menu
Click the close button
).
- Remove the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
- Windows:
- C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
- C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox
- Mac: Delete Firefox in the Applications folder.
- Linux: If you have installed Firefox with the distribution-based package manager, you must use the same way to uninstall: see Install Firefox on Linux. If you have downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder firefox in your home directory.
- Windows:
- Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:
- Double-click on the downloaded Setup file and go through the steps in the installation wizard.
- Once the wizard is completed, click to open Firefox directly after clicking the Finish button.
More information on the resettlement of Firefox can be found here.
WARNING: Do not use an uninstaller to third parties as part of this process. This could permanently delete your Firefox profile data, including but not limited to, extensions, cache, cookies, bookmarks, personal settings and passwords saved. They can be retrieved easily unless they have been backed up on an external device! See back up and restore the information contained in the profiles of Firefox.
Please report to say if this helped you!
Thank you.

You can delete the Firefox program folder to remove all Firefox files and to install a freshly downloaded version in order to do a clean reinstall.

When I open a window I get C:\program files\mozilla firefox\eula exe; file not found
Perform a cleaning (re) install:
- Download a new copy of Firefox and save the file to the desktop.
- Uninstall your current version of Firefox and remove the Firefox program folder before installing this copy of the Firefox installer.
- Do not erase personal data if you uninstall the current version.
- It is important to remove the Firefox program folder to delete all the files and make sure that there is no problem with the files that were the remains after uninstallation.
Your bookmarks and other profile data is stored elsewhere (not in the Firefox program folder) and will not be affected by a relocation, but make sure that you do not select delete data of a personal nature if you uninstall Firefox.

I just changed from Internet Explorer to Firefox. Because it's time to pay the Bills, I was doing a test to see if I could do it on my sites of bill payment. I arrived on the homepage of the Bank my - completely different from other words homepage. I have connected, but could find no way to close the session. I contacted Firefox by phone and the customer service representative asked what version of Firefox, I got and I replied 29.0.1. Then, she said it must be an old number. As I had seen on the site Web of Firefox it's the newest version, I told him that this is supposed to be the latest version. She replied: "then that must be the problem - we don't have not." She had no idea how to connect on their Web site.
Do I have to do anything special in Firefox in order to check for any charges on my bank account?
Sincerely,
JackerjeanIf you leave your session inactive for some time, the site may log you due to inactivity, but... I wouldn't trust that, either.
Generally, your bank will have a link, a menu, or another way to close the session. Certainly, it's the best thing, if you can do it. Sometimes, if a site is not completely compatible with Firefox, its style rules will result in a jumbled layout. You can disable all the rules of style and view the site in a simpler presentation to see if you can spot the missing link. To do this:
Press the Alt key > View menu > of Page Style > No Style
(The tab will remain without style in the future. You can use the same menu to reapply the style sheets in the page later).
In addition, if you want to break the connection between Firefox and your banking session, you can clear your cookies for the site of the Bank. This will not necessarily have no effect on your session of operations banking on the server , but should make it impossible for a person to use your Firefox to do anything in this session. To clear the cookies for the current site, you can use the Page Info dialog box. Here are 3 ways to open it:
- Right click and select View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies".
- ALT + t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies".
- Click on the padlock in the address bar > additional information > "View Cookies".
In the dialog box that opens, you can delete cookies from the site individually.
Then reload the page and the site should behave as if you are not connected.

What Firefox locale (UI language) do you use?
Try a clean reinstall and delete the program folder before Firefox to (re) install a new copy of the current version of Firefox.
- Download the installer of Firefox and save the file to the desktop
https://www.Mozilla.org/en-us/Firefox/all/
If possible to uninstall your current version of Firefox to clean the Windows registry and settings in the security software.
- Do NOT remove the "personal data" when you uninstall your current version of Firefox, because this will remove all profile folders and you lose personal data such as bookmarks and passwords including data profiles created by other versions of Firefox.
Delete the program folder Firefox before installing newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
- (32-bit Windows) "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\"
- (Windows 64 bit) "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla.
- It is important to remove the Firefox program folder to delete all the files and make sure that there is no problem with the files that were the remains after uninstallation.
Your bookmarks and other personal data are stored in the Firefox profile folder and will not be affected by a uninstall and (re) install, but do NOT delete personal data when you uninstall Firefox which removes all Firefox profile folders and you lose your data.
- Download the installer of Firefox and save the file to the desktop

I ran across the page of mozilla on how to allow mozilla through windows firewall, when I get to the end I can't find mozilla firefox in the program files to add to the list of exemption
First go to your message control and look for FIrefox in your installed programs, you can see?
If not:
I ran across the page of mozilla on how to allow mozilla through windows firewall, when I get to the end I can't find mozilla firefox in the program files to add to the list of exemptionIf so, when you add an exception you will:
- C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox

Maybe you are already adding an exception, you tried to start Firefox? Have you seen a message from windows?
