  You can use Echosign inside your form Adobe Central, but the signature field must be static, if it will be dynamic, it won't work.

• Printing from Adobe After moving from program on external hard drive

  I have Acrobat Pro Xi running on a Mac (latest OS). I need to move some files from my Macbook Air to give more space on the HARD drive. I moved the folder Adobe, Adobe Application Manager, Adobe Download Assistant and Adobe Acrobat Pro Xi program on an external drive. However, since doing so, I can't print from the program. For more information, I also moved MS Office through and other programs, but not printing problems.

  There was one that I had to bring anywhere with Adobe, or do I need to reinstall the program again?

  On Windows, or MacOS you can never just move Adobe applications from one hard disk to another and hope they work.

  You must first completely uninstall the software and then reinstall it on the target disk. There are also some system files that Adobe relies on your stay on the system drive and will be installed there regardless of the hard drive, the main part of the application is installed.

  At this point, try to use the uninstall program. It may or may not succeed in removing the application. Then, manually delete the directories that you moved the original. Then, reinstall the software, focusing on the drive to which you want to install, assuming that Setup allows such an option. If the choice of the installation disc is not provided, you may need to consider other options for obtaining sufficient disk space.

• Adobe Echosign, v10 Adobe Acrobat and LiveCycle ES / 2?

  My company is standardized on Adobe Acrobat and Reader version 10.  I currently have Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe LiveCycle ES v10.1.13 / 2.  I would like to add fields of signature at the bottom of the forms are made with these two products.  Is - it possible, or should I or should I for any other reason, the upgrade to Adobe Acrobat Pro v11 and LiveCycle ARE / 4?

  Hi dsh135,

  Yes, you can add a signature using Acrobat X field, but please note that the latest Acrobat XI (11.0.10) version, which has better and more flexible than the version features X.

  In Acrobat X, go in "tools > forms > Edit' and select the Digital Signature field and place it where you want on the form."

  Then you can open the properties of the signature field and make the settings you want.

• Adobe Comp CC, using illustrator symbols?

  Hi all

  I love the way adobe is moving in a more mobile friendly creative direction.  I just took the time to synchronize all my custom symbols (icons, logos, etc.) for creative cloud syncing, so I would be able to use in mobile applications...  But the assets are not displayed when I use adobe comp cc on my ipad (updated to the latest version) of ideas why? I feel like it would be stupid not to be able to use my done illustrator icons in comp. I need to make sure that the icons are only a single solid, b & w, path?

  !! It works, I figued out. Instead add assets using the menu forms, draw a picture box and import your logo, symbol in it and BAM! This works.  So happy to have figured this out!

• Adobe Acrobat is gradually becoming more frustrating, less useful

  Why should I navigate through the menus as much just to type my technical requests to help?  Chat service or by telephone does not help.  It seems that Adobe wants to drop me.

  Why have I not connect whenever I open a .pdf file on my computer?  It is EXTREMELY ANNOYING when I don't have access to the internet and need to display a document.

  Why Adobe has moved from a subscription model online?  He would THUS set MANY of my problems, if I could just get a version stand alone at a reasonable price.  I only need the drive and printer, but this site is designed for users of Adobe now offers a myriad of products.

  Why the user interface to reset and basically change when a new version is available?  I can't stop what I'm doing to learn a new program every time Adobe me a new version of Acrobat with sometimes blindsides new version keeps my files hostage until I have to pay the ransom.

  I did not get one additional benefit since Adobe went the online subscription model, but I'm paying more and lose more time waiting to connect and trying to figure out how to do the same old things.

• JavaScript and EchoSign

  Hi all

  I'll set up some contracts to send to different suppliers that we can transport materials. I created the contract and added various features of Javascript to the document in order to have all of the required fields completed. Some of these javascript elements include:

  • Related text fields requiring initials users either in agreement or column disagree (they cannot choose both)
  • Make the agreement or disagreement above for an initial or other fields

  When I import the EchoSign document and send him outside, the fields are no longer have the features that have been entered in the Javascript. I found the EchoSign widget (EchoSign Widget|) Adobe EchoSign) but I want to see if this will allow the Javascrip code to transfer to the document Echosign.

  After reviewing your question and do further research, I found that Javascript cannot be used in any document being sent for signature EchoSign. EchoSign Widget will convert any code in Javascript so that the widget will then be incorporated into a web site, but it does not extend to documents sent by e-mail sent to be signed. However, it is always possible to aid text markup or the fields of drag-and-drop with the functionality of calculated fields. For assistance in obtaining a result, you can contact the Adobe Support EchoSign directly with other questions focus on the function that you have as well as a copy of your document so that one of their representatives can advise you more on what functionality of calculated fields, you can use to get the desired effect.

• Reinstall the applications after the removal by moving to the trash.

  I deleted my adobe applications moving to the trash before you install an SSD in my Mac and the migration of my account on. Unfortunately the application manager does not seem to realize that the apps are gone and won't let me reinstall them, any suggestions?

  I will suggest to uninstall the applcaition of:

  Main hard drive-> Applications-> Utilities-> Adobe installer-> (then uninstall program by double-clicking the uninstall program).

• Can I hide or disable EchoSign?

  Since we already use an electronic signature application, we would like to hide or disable EchoSign on Adobe Reader to avoid confusion.  Is this possible?

  You can add the following registry key on the computer with drive:

  Disabling services all hosted through registry

  bEnableAcrobatHS (dword: 0) to HKCU\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\10.0\Workflows

  You must manually add the keys to Workflows.

  If it is a deployment of Reader, you can generate a mst Wizard customization file.

• Using c# to access the REST API - 404 not found

  Hi all!

  Since there is currently no available c# example to access the REST API, I'm going at this from scratch using the Nuget - Microsoft.AspNet.WebApi.Client package.

  I was able to successfully implement a framework for code that is able to make a call to the base_uris method and successfully receive a response.

  I'm doing a transientDocuments call, but I still get a 404 not found error.  I'm hoping somewhere here may be able to enlighten.  I tried to use the current examples of Java to call REST API to get help on how to go about things.

  I create an instance of the AdobeDCREST class, and pass the BaseUrl (https://api.echosign.com/api/rest/v5/) and my key to integration.  When I make a call to the PostTransientDocuments method I pass into the path of the pdf file that I am trying to download.  PostTransientDocuments then deals with the creation of an object the HttpContent (StreamContent) of the file, and then adding the headers, ContentType and ContentDisposition.  The call to GetClient() will determine whether base_uris should be called still or not (I make the call to base_uris and storage of the api_access_point in a variable static for all other calls, as well as the java examples) and returns an object of the HttpClient with the access in the header already token.  The call to base_uris works and returns a https://api.na1.echosign.com/ api_access_point

  I then add/api/rest/v5 to the url access_point to call transientDocuments. Failure occurs during the call to PostAsync in transientDocuments with a 404 not found error.

  Here's the code I'm using to test things so far.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I've been spinning my wheels on that for too long already.

• Alignment problem signature blocks

  I created the form and add the signature blocks on the lines where I want each of the parties to sign.  However, once I have save and send to the signing, Adobe exports only the signature at the bottom of the last page blocks.  In other words, I put a signature block on a specific line for a specific signature, it looks good in the preview, but when I send the document, Adobe has moved the signature blocks at the bottom of the last page, in order of email. Any suggestion would be useful before I turn to VeriSign or another program.

  While placing the form fields in the environment of EchoSign, please check field for the alignment of the fields to the page layout.

• LR 6.5 to 6.7 update

  Hi all;

  I'm moving my 6.5 to 6.7 LR LR on my Mac as recommended by Adobe before moving to Mac OS Sierra of El captain.

  Creative update of said cloud my LR is up-to-date, but I is not an upgrade and the LR splash screen and all show 6.5.

  6.7 downloads do not show an upgrade to 6.5, only from 5.n earlier etc.

  -How to spend 6.5 to 6.7 LR LR?

• Illustrator of migration of files to a new computer creates missing links

  I just bought a new computer and all my Illustrator files (and all other Adobe files) moved to a new computer via an external hard drive. Once I opened the files moved to the new computer, to that I saw all embedded files links were broken. Is it possible to avoid this - and not just with Illustrator, but with all Adobe products?
