  You can copy or move information (for example, text and pictures) between files and programs using temporary storage called the Clipboard. The Clipboard is not visible, so even if you use it to copy and paste information, you never actually see the Clipboard when you do this.

  The Clipboard contains a block of information at a time. Whenever you copy information to the Clipboard, the old contents of the Clipboard is replaced by the new information.

  When you shut down the computer everything is stuck in the memory of the Clipboard is cleared.

  I am trying to add an image map for the first time using Dreamweaver CC in an html site.

  I can get map controls is displayed when I select the image in the code, and I can select the rectangle tool.

  However, when I try to select the area of the image disappears from the section of the map of the properties viewer and I can't select the area for my hyperlink.

  What I am I missing videos online are it seems so simple, but something with my page is not allowing me to withdraw this.

  You could just add links to each box, but a better solution would be to use svg for this. Unfortunately, it is easier for me to write for someone who does not know svg to do.

  If you have Adobe Illustrator create your svg using this program, then it would be a case to add links manually to each box created in the svg code. SVG is an xml-based language and not a real image, even if this is how a browser will display the it.

  If my BLOG was static, I could go in and edit the CSS, classes, etc.. With my WordPress BLOG, I'm up in the dark in terms of having useful DW in the edition of the BLOG.

• WebDAV removes the file PHP code

  I use an include file to my browsing on the site and every time I check the file from the server OSX via WebDAV all my PHP code is removed from the file, and I find myself with just hypertext. I use Dreamweaver 8.

  This is a limitation of webDAV/HTTP. There is a single application of HTTP GET, so the server cannot tell if the request is from a browser (dynamic content in HTML rendering), or publishing tool, (IE Dreamweaver). To resolve this problem in apache, we set up a virtual server that listens on a different port and force the text/plain, so that the dynamic content is not rendered for dreamweaver...   When I receive e-mails with attachments, PDF or PHP, I can not open them.  Any suggestions?

  Try to download the files on your computer, and then open them. Notepad opens files PHP, but also the other 3rd party software such as Adobe DreamWeaver.

  The PPP file extension is associated with the Panorama Factory, a photo-coutures program. For more information, contact Panorama Factory.

  Then click Start, and then click default programs. Check to see if there is a program associated with the extension php or PPP to open.

  Registered printing projects lost file associated with printing.  Should which file in print shop I use to retrieve the association?

  Go to start / Default programs / associate a file or Protocol with a program and highlight the file type of the projects (the three digits after the point in the file name).  Highlight this extension and see what kind of program is associated with this file type.  It is probably not PrintShop.  Click on edit, then select PrintShop in the options list.  If PrintShop does not appear, click Browse and you will need to find the executable file for printing on your system.  A trick to do is to find the printing shortcut in the menu Start / menu all programs and right click on it and select properties and look at the location of the target - this is where you can find the file.  Make the change and click OK.  This type of file should now open with PrintShop.  If there are any other types of files in PrintShop (or any other program for that matter) who must change using the same method to change them.

  You can also change the oder in which the columns are presented by editing your site definition (Advanced settings > file view columns).

  In the thread above "Moving a project to another computer", it states that the assets should retain their file names and folder locations so that Premiere Pro can find and automatically linking them to their clips in the project and even though I'm only a novice user of PP is standard advice for all software.  However, I can't find anywhere of the tips on how to exchange a project from a hard disk to one another on the same computer.

  What I want to do is move that the media my network project files (L :) will Assembly computer C: drive as all advice here on hard drives must not to use network drives.  I copied the files on it but how do I replace the links to media files within the project PP which are currently pointing to the sub folders on my L:drive with a points to the same file name replacement, but with the path in the C: drive.  Sorry if it's a matter of numpties but I'm not the answer through research.

  Reason for delay of the project - for a reason that the sequence files were lost when I have opened the project so I had to reuse the last auto-save good despite the loss of some editing work and the project had also suddenly started to take an hour to load all related media.  In the light of the opinion on the use do not network drives decided to remove one of the possible causes before going further with the risk of losing the edited file...

  I strongly agree with Jim on the place where to move the project files and media.

  Now, when you do not move the files, the (absolute) paths in the PRPROJ file, will be more correct. The drive letter will be changed.

  When you open your project in its new location, you will get a box of question, 'Where is file _?' for the first active, where the link is now broken. Using the Finder, navigate to the folder where the missing first asset is NOW located and select this. PrPro will then look in this folder and automatically connect to all assets in this folder. If you have assets in several files, you need to repeat for each file, and the new, PrPro will connect to all assets in THIS folder. According to the folder/sub-folder hierarchy, you will have to repeat for all folders.

  When all assets have been re-issued of the moment, I would immediately a Save_As, increment the name of the project, in order NOT to overwrite the original files Project - just in case you need to return to that.

  I think it's you who doesn't know what you're talking about. IDML is the format you use to transfer text between InDesign and other applications. You can create IDML files in an external application and import them into InDesign, or you can save the IDML of InDesign files to be used in other applications. If you are only working with InDesign, you need not the IDML format at all.

  Two answering the question, I don't think that there is a way to work directly in a ZIP file. You'll probably have to unzip it, make your changes and then it zip again.

  By default, it is something like "subject - < address > - YYYY-MM-DD hhmm.eml".
  I would like to have something like "YYYY-MM-DD hhmm - < address > - subject.eml", so it can be sorted by 'right' of the file Explorer.

• How to remove the files saved using the "save under" in a folder outside of Thunderbird?

  I used the option "Save as" in Thunderbird to save a few emails in a folder outside of Thunderbird.
  Now I want to delete some of them but can't find a way to do it.
  When I opened the using Thunderbird it doesn't seem to be a delete file option.
  Windows Exploere does not have a 'Clear' option when I select the file.
  I can copy a file from one place to another, but cannot move.
  Operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium Version 6.1 (Build 760.1: Service pack 1).
  Thunderbird is 31.0

  Thanks for the info not being able to delete if registered Thunderbird outdoors.

  Your suggestion to create a folder on the desktop and then by moving the files in the folder on the desktop does not work as I can not move the files, copy them only. I played a little after having received your help and found that I could move a complete file on the desktop, and then delete individual files from there.

  The method I found to delete the emails saved in a folder outside of Thunderbird is as follows:
  (1) move the folder containing the e-mail on the desktop.
  (2) open the folder on the desktop.
  (3) select the files to delete.
  (4) delete the selected files.
  (5) to bring the file on the place that deserves it.
