Editing error message

I'm just starting using InContext Editing in CS4. I created a page briefly last month and everything worked very well. I turned my attention to it again tonight and when I try to edit a page (ctrl-E), he tells me through pop up that the service is currently unavailable. Anyone know why?

    Hi, Bojan,

I apologize for the confusion this has caused.  We have removed the Community Publishing application.  You can no longer use the AIR app on your computer to create and edit documents.

All of the content that you have created will still be available on Adobe.com.

  • Editable error message

I have a model DW (CS3) that gives an error message when you try to create a new page using the template: "you have made changes to the code that is not marked as editable. If you keep these changes, they will be lost the next time you apply a template to this file. You want to keep the changes from here?

This message is displayed as soon as you create the template page and save. I see the cursor in the code view and it clearly starts inside editable tag. I have same crreated an alternative model from scratch and still get the message.

The page is valid. DW error on min-height of a div element in the css file, but it isn't an impact of the browser that uses my business (it is an internal site).

I did some more tests with the creation of pages and update the model to see if changes are pushed out and it seems to work fine.

    Thanks for the help.

  • Cannot install Office Ultimate 2007 due to the editing error message

Description of the problem: I have a desktop computer that I built from a kit of WGA (Windows XP Pro with Service Pack 2). This machine is an AMD based system and I had installed SP3 that caused a problem without end. I did a fresh install of XP and you have not installed SP3. This machine has everything installed at the origin of the office suites. I bought an Office 2007 Ultimate on m6mobile.fr store and tried to install it but always comes an error message: "Setup error: the language of this installation package is not supported by your system." I tried to install the software on a second DVD player, but I get the same error. I tried to install the software on my Sony Vaio laptop and it seems to install without any problem but I did not install, I just want to check if the software disk is defective. The laptop has XP Pro SP2 also. Any information or assistance be will greatly appreciate.

I could solve this problem by copying the contents of the disc on my c drive, open the folder and clicking on Setup.

  • WMM edition error message - ' cannot publish to the specified location. Check the source files and the location is still available and that there is enough disk space. »

I made a movie of 30 minutes or more in WMM, some of the videos that I imported I had to convert to wmv, to import into WMM. Once I went to publish the movie, after the publication of about 1%, an error message pops up saying something like "cannot publish to the specified location. Check the source files and the location is still available and that there is enough disk space. "I have 8 GB of free space on my hard drive and I tried to burn a cd on a dvd, and save to memory stick, none of them have worked, the same message is displayed even if they have sufficient space available. There is no red x in the videos or photos that I imported, so no files are missing. Some files have been moved when they were converted, but the movie plays well in WMM.  I want to export to is in my documents is therefore always available. I spent hours trying to figure this out and I I still don't know what the problem with it! Help! I've also spent a lot of time to their conversion to avi to see if this helped and the same message appeared again.

What is the format of your source of debtor files and how did you convert
    TO WMV?

I can only imagine that you are using Vista Movie Maker 6?

It's not really about the location... error messages can be very cryptic...
The error that you mentioned usually appears when the source files in the project
are damaged or are not fully compatible with Movie Maker and made
in a movie file cannot continue. In addition, large complex projects can cause
    in this issue.

In some cases, it may be possible to record in DV - AVI, during registration as

    Audio - wav, wma, wmv

  • Captivate 5 edition error message: not enough memory

    Hello

I am during the test program for use in our society, and I fight about this error message in Captivate.

I ask the question here in hopes that someone has an idea if this error message is a problem of my workstation, or an Adobe Captiva 5 problem:

    errormessage_captivate.PNG

This message occurs when to publish the swf file, after compression and insertion of labels of swf file, and save the swf file (according to the messages in the progress bar from publish window).

    The project conditions

    • 20 slides
    • Each slide contains about 5 s of captured full motion video and audio
    • 10 text captions, some zoom and 3 text animations

    I use

    • Adobe Captivate 5 (test)
    • Windows XP SP3 (Dell Latitude E6410, Core i5, 4 GB RAM)

Tried to change some settings, close the programs, restart. Still the same message.

This isn't a real system, old or weak. I use other programs successful here with huge images and videos, and of course I get an upgrade of the company's computer for that, this post is the last chance for the program...; (o)

    Thanks for all the ideas...

    Ulrich

Try to uncheck the options in preferences > SWF and the quality of compression SWF size and see if that allows you to publish correctly.  Sometimes one of these preferences can trigger this type of error on a given hardware configuration.  First of all try to uncheck both, so if it works, try to tick, one at a time to see if any compression option is open to you.

  • Digital edition error message

Several times, I've installed and uninstalled Adobe Digital Editions.  I get the screen, but when I try to use it, I get the message: "Error getting license.  ' Server communication problem: E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED.   The time / date on my computer shows the current date and time.  I tried several times to install using your site as well as my public library site and always get the same message.  Please tell me what I have to do to get it installed.

Anngulley I would recommend that you post your request in the Adobe Digital Editions forum.

  • "Insufficient content for edit" Error Message

First, when to perform a three point edit, I'd get a box of dialogue "Fit Clip" who asked me if I wanted to 'ignore the Point Source', 'Point Source output ignore', etc. Usually, I take the same option so I checked the box that says "use this choice." If a change does not exactly match the settings I set universally, an error pops up saying: "insufficient content for edit.

I can't find a way that cancel without wiping my own settings. Is there a way to bring this initial dialog Save? Thank you, all.

I've never seen this error before. I guess that screendump is not yours?

There is a checkbox under general in the preferences.

  • I get error messages when you try to edit or print some of my photos. "Unable to open the photos with the unavailable original files."  Some have been transferred from iPhoto, and some have been rewritten in photoshop elements. Any thoughts?

When you try to edit or print some of my photos I get the following error message: "Photos with the unavailable original files can't be op it gives you a drop-down list to find the original, but I had no chance."  Is there a way to 'do' an original or at least modify so it can be edited?

Pictures needs the original image file. This is to show you a preview in the browser, but to edit or export the photo of the original, file full resolution must be found.

What's happened before the photos have disappeared?  Photos crashed? You run an application to remove duplicates or to clean your Mac?  You have restored the library from a backup?

What version of Mac OS X you are running?

  • Tecra 9000 - error message with Windows XP SP3 home edition

    Hello

I have a Tecra 9000 in very good condition, until yesterday, I have no problem!
After updating my Windows XP service pack 2 on the "service pack 3", everything works fine but when I press the button 'TOSHIBA controls' and 'mouse' for setting, Windows error message occure: "run a dll as an app"!

Even if I go to "Start" and "Control Panel" and press the mouse, after setting close icon, or just simply do nothing (cancel), the same message! I did not notice any other problem with the TOSHIBA utility!
My driver for mouse is "Logitech mouse ware, 9.40! Can you help me?

This oldie works well with Windows XP SP2 home edition and in my opinion you should use without SP3. Try to remove the SP3, and I hope that everything will work properly again. Problem is that the old tools and utilities designed for Toshiba probably aren't tested and updated to SP3.

I have more Satellite M70 and use sill with SP3. I don't want to risk anything and have problems.

  • LabVIEW 2009 Student Edition Vista x 64 install no failure, no error message even though

I am trying to install a copy of LabView student edition 2009 and initializes whenever installation, modules fail to install for each single module.  Also, there is no error message.

I received a message that LabView can not work properly because of the firewall Windows, which I disabled it. This message sent me on ni.com/frinfo, code expm69.

Let me know, I'm a little confused as to what is happening.  It would be due to a patch or what not?

    Thank you!

    Hi imagineerme,

It is possible that the CD is damaged.  You can either try a different CD if you have access to one, or because you have access to a student version, you should be able to also access LabVIEW via ni.com/src.  All LabVIEW versions are available for download on this site. Please let me know if you are able to download LabVIEW from there.  NI.com/SRC will also specifically download the 64-bit version of LabVIEW, since you have a 64 bit OS.  I hope this helps!

Right click issues are usually caused by third party software who pushed himself into the context menu. This is more easily managed using the ShellExView free program.

  • I have Windows XP Media Center Edition Version 2002 with Service Pack 3 and I tried to run Media Center but I get an error message with ehshell.exe.

    original title: error with ehshell.exe

I have Windows XP Media Center Edition Version 2002 with Service Pack 3 and I tried to run Media Center but I get an error message with ehshell.exe. Could you help me?

This problem exists since the 1st Media Center. SP2 and SP3 had a difficulty, but it is obvious that it doesn't always. The same problem still exists in Vista today with a lot of other carried over from XP. System restore would work, but you do not have any good restore points so reinstall an operating system seems to be your only option.

You probably don't want to do an OS reinstall you need for Media Center, but since it does not at all, you might want to play then remove the Media Center updates and or SP3 and reinstall them.
