Editing PDF documents in the cloud?

Say we have a PDF stored in the cloud that many people need to edit. All we want to do is add sticky notes. Is it possible to add sticky notes RIGHT ON online (that is, when you double-click on and it happens in a browser window), without HAVING to download the document?

I'd be willing to pay extra to avoid having to download, edit and re-upload each document.

Total newbie here - Sorry if this has been addressed elsewhere.

Paul

Hi zeebird,

If you have the reader, you can open your account file (choose file > open go to Acrobat.com). Then, all changes are automatically saved in the file in your account (no download/reuploading required!).

Best,

Sara

I found an easier way to recover the files: I connected the tablet to the computer and then open the download-> Adobe Reader folder. There, I found all my files.

  • Save documents in the cloud? Want access across devices

I use Adobe Acrobat Reader on an older iPad to read PDF files and take notes. I wanted access to these PDFs on my MacBook Pro. On my iPad, I went to the 'My account' tab to get my login information, but I realized that I had never actually signed in and created an account with Adobe Acrobat Reader on the iPad; It was only to store my documents here. So, I created an Adobe ID and signed. Now when I click on 'My account' on my iPad, I see that I'm connected with my email address. I downloaded the Adobe Acrobat Reader software on my MacBook Pro and signed. However, there are no documents. There is no document "recent" (unlike iPad where there are many). There is no document under "Document cloud" either. I see no cloud of Document on the iPad.

I don't know how to access my files with devices. Maybe, I need to download documents from the iPad on Adobe Cloud? I don't know how do it - I thought it would be automatic.

    Hi alexandrak2121502,

With the abandonment of the Mobile link, you must upload your documents to the Document cloud yourself.  After July 12, 2016, the download operation will be more automatic.

Here are the steps to upload your documents to the cloud of Document of Acrobat Reader on your iPad or iPhone.

Method 1: Download a document on the Document cloud

    1. Open a PDF document.
    2. Tap the share icon.
    3. Choose 'save the document Cloud ".

Method 2: Download multiple documents to the cloud of paper at a time

    1. Go to the homescreen of Acrobat Reader.
    2. Tap on the blue chevron in the top bar to open the selector position.
    3. Select Local.
    4. Tap the checkmark (on iPad)

or press on the icon and select "Select" in the menu (on the iPhone)
    5. Select several documents that you want to transfer to the Document cloud.
    6. Press the download icon in the bottom bar.
    7. Select "download to document the clouds."

On your computer, you can connect with the same Adobe ID and go to the section Document Cloud in Acrobat Reader ms.  Documents stored in the cloud of Document should appear in the list of files.

  • ON the app, how can I download the documents on the cloud for my iPad

ON the app, how can I download the documents on the cloud for my iPad

    Hi secora47267766 ,

In Acrobat Reader mobile App there is no option to download the PDF file of the cloud of the document on your device.

However you can do this online via a web browser.

Open this link https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent on iPad in the web browser, sign in using your Adobe ID & Document Cloud tab see you all the files downloaded, select it & download it to your device.

Eventually you will be able to see the file downloaded in Acrobat Reader App mobile on the Local tab.

    Kind regards

  • How to manually save a document to the cloud [iOS]

    Hello

I have the Adobe Reader app on my iPhone 4 running iOs 8.4 s and my 4 Samsung Galaxy Tab running Android version 4.4.2.  I'm trying to figure out how to save my favorites and your changes manually to the cloud. For some reason, save PDF files to the cloud, but my application decided randomly when he wants to save himself. It will save after every time I make a bookmark or a note. Therefore, I don't see my place of current residence or changes on other devices. I've been looking for an answer to this problem (maybe I didn't so well. who knows.). Then, I put here in a new post.

    Help, please! Thank you

    Hello

Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile apps (for iOS, Android) will save only changes when you close your PDF document back to the My Documents screen.

Please note that the user bookmarks are supported in Acrobat Reader for Android only.  Sorry for the confusion.

  • Documents in the cloud, not synchronization more?

Hello. I have submitted feedback to Apple, but I wanted to ask if I'm the only one having problems to synchronize documents in the cloud between devices? I have the same problem with the Pages, numbers and other documents I download manually. When I download from my Mac and I try to see the iPad, it does not check iCloud for changes until I manually do something like creating a document from somewhere. If I create the document of the iPad is very difficult to have download in iCloud.

Looks like it's totally asleep and push does not work. I tried everything, reboot, logout, login, nothing works... ICloud is enabled throughout all my iOS devices. I have no problem between my iPhone and MacThis is * boring, iCloud never will work flawless one day?

Truth is, iCloud works perfect for millions of us every day.

Have you tried a hard reset on your iPad? Maybe reset all settings? Toggle iCloud market?

These 2 simple troubleshooting steps have been known to solve all sorts of problems like this.
