  Hi all - watch training videos and I am confused about something. If I draw an InDesign article to target a device, I get black bands for other devices I have are not targeted. So if I draw an article for the iPad at 1024 x 768, I get black bands for articles that appear on the iPhone? What liquid layout? Can't I just to import several items of InDesign to target multiple devices as before in the Folio Builder? Also, is it really only a single direction for 2015 of DPS?   "Renditions" currently is not supported. In other words, you can't create an article and download several files article, for example one for phones and the other for tablets. Instead, you can choose an option to create different top-level content for phones and tablets. This way, if you use alternate layouts in InDesign to create multiple formats of the same provision (e.g. 640 x 1136 for phones) and 768 x 1024 for tablets, your basic items InDesign "pixel-perfect" will have minimal Letterbox.   Hi David,

  InDesign CC 2015 is available in 32-bit and 64-bit. You must create your plugin as the two versions. Have you checked that?

  It is the incorrect permission on preferences, probable cases. See replace your preferences for path.

  Most of the time if fixing permissions does not work (user and system with total control), copy files to a user to work will work. Just be sure to remove or rename the wrong files first because you have to replace the entire file, not to merge a new.

  2015 inDesign only supports DPS 2015, not the earlier version of the DPS. To use DPS with the Folio Builder Panel, you must run 2014 CC InDesign, InDesign CC or InDesign CS6. You can run multiple versions of InDesign on the same machine.

  I did both orders (setting to to CC2015 as shown below) and symbolic links and it shows now no error plugin. Great!

  When I made the symbolic link map, nothing has changed. So I made orders below, not sure if symbolic link commands are needed or not. What really worked was the following 3 commands:

  sudo chown-r root: admin/Applications/Adobe\ InDesign\ CC\ 2015/plugins /.

  find a sudo/Applications/Adobe\ InDesign\ CC\ 2015/Plug-Ins / - type d - exec chmod 775 ().

  sudo find/Applications/Adobe\ InDesign\ CC\ 2015/Plug-Ins /-type f-exec chmod 644 ().

  It was a problem with InDesign to crash at launch on a Windows computer due to files MSVCR120.dll. below are the steps to solve the problem:

  1 reset the InDesign preferences (from records the and itinerant) please see: InDesign and locations of support Preferences

  2 download the repair MSVCR files from this link: Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 updated 4 of the official Microsoft Download Center

  3. download the first two files EXE (x 86 & x 64)

  4. run both of them one by one, choose the repair option.

  5 restart the computer after completing the execution of these two

  6. start InDesign and you should be good to go.

• Why browse cards, banners and pages don't are not scaling in android - Adobe DPS 2015?

  We are experiencing some problems with an Android app, built from Adobe DPS 2015 project.  The application displays beautifully on the iPad, but not so much on android. Note that the droid app is tested via a custom app .apk file

  Until I click on the enlarged Image, everything on Android looks like your screenshot.  Try to check "Full Image" is actually selected.  I'll bet that $0.01 it is not set to one.
