Effects of text from "Fantastic beasts and where to find them" Trailer

This is my first ever post in the community, Adobe, so Hello to all! I was wondering if I could get some help here because I can't find what I'm looking for anywhere else. A few days ago the first trailer for the next "Fantastic beasts and where to find them" trilogy came out. Being a designer myself I was attracted immediately the beautiful special text effects in the trailer. I'm looking for a way to reproduce them but so far no luck. I don't know where to start, or if it is possible with After Effects at all. In your opinion, what kind of software makers has used for these effects and how you would do something similar to this? I'm more or less new to After Effects, so I tried to search for tutorials, but so far there is none that simulate the effect of the trailer. Congratulations to all!

P.S. Here is the trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wj1devH5JP4

First question: you're new to After Effects?

Second question: do you have third-party plug-ins as the individual or the Borris FX?

I guess that you are referring to this:

AE is more than capable to reproduce these effects. The effect is not new. Third-party plug-ins make it just easier. If you have the standard set of plug-in uses copies multiples of the layer effects and moving text. Here is a tutorial for a zillion years, that will help you get started on the concept: flowing text George Polevey tutorial: Adobe After Effects I am sure that this tutorial is 14 or 15 years. What a pity that the link to the video is gone. It is very similar to your example.

Here's another from Andrew Kramer: VIDEO COPILOT | After effects, Plug-ins, tutorials and stock footage for Post Production professional

You can also use turbulent move (not available when George wrote this tutorial and you can use a bunch of different effects to generate him lights. You should familiarize yourself with displacement, fusion, before dialing and timing patterns. The tutorials should help you get started. BTW, it's easier for all of us on the forum if you use the integration tools to add the sample videos and you can simply drag the screenshots in the response field or use the icons at the top of the response field to help us see what you're trying to explain.
