eGuys I stopped using creative cloud and my subscription is over, but why is adobe still taking money from my account? my subscription is on free trials now so why am I still pay for it? Can you please help me

Guys please help me because I think that its just ridiculous what im paying for free tests for the moment. To be honest, adobe should know that my subscription is over, so they should stop taking the money on my account. I went to my Bank and they said you need to talk to adobe. I tried to call adobe, but nobody takes over until then, what can I do?
