El Capitan install file corrupted, can't download on App Store

I had intended to do a clean install of El Capitan on a 13 "-end Macbook Pro 2011, but a few problems:

(1) the main issue: cannot re - download El Capitan from the App Store installation file, the button is gray, saying "downloaded". (After you have created a bootable USB key with it, I deleted it). I have I enabled the Debug mode to make sure that's not in the download folder, empty the Recycle Bin and rebooted. Still shows downloaded in tab purchase it is grayed out. How can I force download? Is there another place I can download it from the App Store? I found a few old messages of the forum about this problem, but these are old links that do not seem to work (the latest version is 8 December 2015). If you know how to do this, you can stop reading here...

(2) complete the background: I downloaded and installed El Capitan on a bootable USB key (which I created). After reformatting the new drive, I rebooted holding Option and selected the bootable USB key, engaged in steps. Once I passed the user contract, chose the HD destination for the installation, etc. where it should normally take one hour or so install, I got the error: "this copy of the install OS X El Capitan application cannot be verified. It may have been corrupted or altered during the download. "So my reason for wanting to re - download, but cannot.

(3) complete complete history: I got a new SSD and that he would do the clean install on the new HD. I backed up with Time Machine and installed El Cap on the new drive, hoping to skip the bootable USB. Just for security, I (fortunately) was also still the bootable USB key. When I went to start after the installation of the new SSD, I got the grey screen with a folder and a question mark in it, and was not at the start. I restarted with Cmnd-r and got a failure error when checking/repairing: "problems were found with the partition plan that might prevent from starting. Because I got the USB bootable, I recently reformatted and successfully verified. Which brings me to (2) above.

I have the time Machine and the original HD, but hope I can avoid restoring the Machine time or take off again my computer and just re - download. Any thoughts? (Sorry for the length, but I wanted to give all the information in case there is something that I am missing).

Re-download the installer El Capitan:

Unplug all external drives from your Mac.

If you have connected the disassemble all network drives.

Check your Applications folder. This is the place to get downloaded installers for OS X.

Check your LaunchPad. If you find the installer of El Capitan in there, remove it.

Open App Store.

Disconnect from the App Store.

End App Store.

Restart your Mac.

Open App Store.

Log IN to the App Store.

Check if the download button is available again.

    I understand that you have downloaded macOS Sierra, but are not able to install it, because you are told that the download was corrupted. In a situation like this, the next step would be to remove existing installation application download and re - download.

    Applications downloaded from the App Store: click on the Launchpad icon in the Dock, hold the application icon until all the icons begin to jiggle, then click on the button to remove the application. If you later want the app, you can reinstall it on the App Store.

    Be sure to connect to the App Store with the Apple ID, you used when you make a purchase. Then go to the tab purchased for the apps you previously purchased.

    You do not have.  Cannot install iOS Apps devices from anywhere, but the App store.   If it is not in the App Store, the app is very probably not designed for iOS and would not be able to be run in any case.
