  When you sign up your Photoshop CS5, I think that some options free "goodies" include Layers Magazine, it seems (I have haven't received either) and I think a month of Lynda.  The latter may or may not include the image files.  You might have better luck contacting Lynda.  They are friendly, knowledgeable, and in America.
