I downloaded and installed Photoshop elements 11 on my new Macbook Pro.  Why can I not see my scanner (Epson Perfection 3200 Photo) of the file > Import menu?

There was no updated driver available (he says that my driver was aware), so I just deleted the scanner and the computer restarted.  When he came, the scanner has already been added again.  With great anticipation, I tried to import Photoshop... but no luck (scan was not visible).  I finally ended up calling Epson (had a lot of difficulty finding a support number) and they me finally there is no update driver for OS X 10.10 and I should like a work around using "Image Capture" application  I tried it and it works very well.

Try also to install CS6 with my installation disc, but also, I get this error:

I then click on the link and Adobe Support Advisor is no longer available.

I already have 5 Lightroom and installed on my PC. Yesterday, I bought a Macbook Pro and I would like to install my Lightroom 5 in my new Macbook Pro. Is it possible to install on two different computers? If Yes, how is it possible to install via the Internet, like my Macbook Pro doesn't have CD Driver. Thank you very much for your support. Hope.

    Hello

You can install and activate the perpetual software (purchased) two computers, as long as you don't use it on one at a time.

To load the software on another computer, download and install it as you did on the first computer. Then enter your serial number to activate it.

When I tried to install Adobe Creative Suite Premium 1.3 on this one came to inform me that he took in charge is no longer a dialog box. What the! ? I spent a lot of money for these programs! I don't want to have to buy an internet subscription to use the programs I already own! And I am not always able to connect via the free wi - fi connection. Is there WAY of EVERYTHING I can get around this problem?

    Apologies for this.

You can try to install a new version of CS, which is CS2

  • Why can not install first Pro CS5

I have a clean first Pro CS5, and I can't install it on my new machine. Why?

    Hi NickStarBustter,

Operating system of Windows 10. Can you confirm the type problems

Your operating system is not supported: Premiere Pro system requirements for Mac OS and Windows. If the software works at all, you will have unexpected behavior that may prevent a video project.

I suggest that you buy a separate boot disk, install Windows 7 and install first Pro CS5 on this disc. Start on this disc of any time you need to edit with first Pro CS5.

    Thank you

  • How can I install the drivers for Boot Camp of MacBook Pro?

Joe Kissel, author of "Take control of VMWare Fusion 2," recommends users to install Apple's Boot Camp drivers to access remote cameras Apple Remote and iSight in VMWare:

To install the Boot Camp Windows drivers:

    1. with Windows running in the merger, insert your Leopard installation DVD.

The Boot Camp installer should run automatically.

Auto repair: If the installation program does not work, check to see if the virtual

CD/DVD drive is in use. To do this, open the Virtual Machine >

Menu of the CD/DVD. If disconnect CD/DVD is selected, select it. That

should cause the Boot Camp Installer run; If not, click Start >

(My) Computer and double click on the DVD icon.

    What I find instead is:

Which is weird, because I do not use a MacBook Air, but rather a MacBook Pro (unibody). I can even see Boot Camp files on the CD/DVD drive, but don't know what to do with them.

You can close Windows and then go into Windows Explorer on the CD/DVD drive and navigate to : \BootCamp\setup.exe and double-click it to start installing Boot Camp drivers. (The label of the disc will probably show that "WindowsSupport" in Windows Explorer.)

  • Can I install an ssd and its system of MacBook Pro mid-2010 on a Mac Pro mid 2009

    Hello

My MacBook Pro just died yesterday (logic board) and I want to install the SSD with the system on a Mac Pro.

I just ordered a case to install the ssd drive in the machine.

I wonder if I can boot directly from this SSD or if I do the previous setting in the system.

Given that the Mac is able to run the latest version of Mac OS X, and you want to move the SSD for older Mac rather than new, it should work. I guess that saying you 'ordered a case to install the ssd drive in the machine' you mean connecting via USB rather than internally, which would be a great test.

If it works, I would say running the combo for OS update comes on the SSD once it is installed in the older Mac.
