  Have a seller assured me that the Satellite A300-1CO (PSAJ4E) is fully compatible with windows XP, I just bought a.

  After a few hours of the depth of evil, I managed to install Win XP SP3 and get almost all the components under it.

  I have just 2 missing... Ethernet and a mass storage device (I think that its the card reader).

  Howerver, I had installed the following drivers:

  Card reader controller - O2Micro
  Driver LAN - Marvell

  Two components should not work properly?

  And Daniel "controls - Toshiba" for windows ON THAT XP won't install win XP?

  Another question... There are components that have more of a driver more... which ones should I choose? The most recent?

  The Ethernet device could be LAN wireless, and mass storage could be the Intel Matrix Storage Manager or Intel Chipset. You have installed these drivers?

  Also install common modules, if it is available for this model.

  I have a HP Pavillion H8-1230.  Replaced the hard drive with a new 2 to Seagate.  Tried to make a new, clean installation of Windows 7 Pro but I get an error that says: "a required cd/dvd device driver is missing."  I always thought that basic device drivers have been included in Windows, but I guess I'm wrong.  I can't find this driver anywhere.  My CD/DVD-rom is a DVD SuperMulti of HP GH60L burner. Can someone please help?

  Try the following.

  Using another PC, download driver RAID on the following link.

  Storage controller driver - Windows 7 32 bit.

  Storage controller driver - Windows 7 64 bit.

  Then, if you do not have an extraction utility installed, download and install 7-Zip.  Please note that If you have a 64-bit installation, download and install the Installer x 64 64-bit .msi on the link below.

  Then, right click on the storage controller installation program you download, select Extract 7 - Zip, select the files, and then click Ok.  Copy this file "extract" at the root of a USB or a blank CD key.

  When you get to install error message, plug the USB (if you used a CD, remove the installation disc and insert the CD), and then select the option 'Load the Drivers' - navigate to the location on the CD/USB and load the driver.

  I have an SSD and I installed the driver to get rid of an unknown device.  No negative impact on the performance of the SSD I could say.

  Hi I reinstalled Windows XP Home Edition for a friend on a laptop Samsung NP-R40K008SUK , after someone else messed up the machine. I managed to reinstall all drivers, but the Device Manager indicates that he needs a driver for video controller (VGA Compatible). I was not able to find it. • Missing NETWORK adapter drivers

  Hello.

  I had a computer format Microtour HP Elite 7500.

  After installation of Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, I can not get my internet working, he complains about NIC - so of course it is bound by the network drivers.

  Hello and thanks for reading, I recently reformatted my laptop HP Pavilion dv7-6113 cl with windows 7, which is it came with, I just a new set.

  But after getting all the software I wanted and pilots back on this subject that I noticed that two of my USB ports are not working, and two others say they don't 3.0 which I may be wrong, but I'm sure they are.  I've looked everywhere, people say USB drivers are delivered with Chipset AMD drivers, any other with the same problem but different HP laptop has posted on this forum and others that drivers AMD fixed his problem, but he has not worked for me, here the source:

  Did you try to manually install either the version of the driver by clicking on the device in Device Manager, click on update driver driver. Select the 'Browse my computer for software' and navigate to the installation folder that was created when you ran the driver files.  The file will be in the C:\SWSetup\sp54508 and whatever I posted file name is.

  Make sure that the include subfolders is selected and see if the pilot goes like this.

  If no luck, I recommend that you install the driver for chipset AMD directly from AMD on the link below. It contains the AMD USB 3.0 controller driver.

  First download listed on the page is the one you want.
