  Hi again! I managed t solve the problem myself, using Kaspersky Rescue CD 10. This is the Win32/Trojan.Shutdowner virus and rootkit causes this error. I think this is the solution to all of you who have this problem. Download and burn to a CD from the ISO image of kav rescue of http://rescuedisk.kaspersky-labs.com/rescuedisk/updatable/kav_rescue_10.iso. Make a start of full system scan from the disc that you created. Remove infections all found, including this stupid annoying rootkit, and you're done! At least it worked for me!   At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

  When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

  We speak only English here, but there is a Forum of answers for system repair and recovery support in French to: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_other-system?page=1&tab=all&tm=1300700638376 where you can get expert services in your language.  Upward, remember next to the Windows version to use the drop down menu to choose your version of Windows so that you get the correct forum.

  But for what it's worth, I could at least contact the manufacturer and talk to them and see if they can help you to fix it or if they also recommend go back since it's under warranty.  Another consideration is that more you do yourself, without them, more chances that you may unintentionally void the warranty.  That's where I'd start personally, but you can do it or go to the forum above where they will help you either, or probably tell you the same thing.
