  1. What is the number of brand and model of the computer?

  2. do you get an error and the yellow star?

  3. did you of recent changes on the computer before this problem?

  This problem can occur because settings incorrect device, the missing updates, damaged or incompatible drivers and because of hardware problems.

  I am unable to cut and paste (text) or drag-and - drop (files) between the client and host and vice versa.

  I am running Windows 7 (32-bit) guest on a host Windows 8.1 (64-bit).

  Everything else works to date works and VMWare Tools are installed.

  I spent a few hours searching and have not been able to determine if this is a known issue or just a mismatch in my environment/configuration.

  Any suggestions or comments would be most welcome.

  Hi all

  Seems I solved the problem.  It comes down to User Account Control (UAC) prompt (in my case Windows 7 (32 bit).  I have disabled UAC in the comments and drag and drop / cut and paste now works like a charm.

  Autologin also now works. I had not tried to set up that more early.  That's where I read an article to disable UAC for AutoLogin work.

  My VMWare tools icon now displays in the system tray.

  I hope this helps someone else out there!

• CD player passes all tests but the computer does not start from cd player

  CD player passes all the tests, but the computer does not start from cd drive. entered the bios and it specifically indicate to boot from the cd drive. Windows 7 installation disc does not start. Win 7 disk works in another computer to start. Why is it not this cd player read the disc and from the win 7 installation process?

  We have problems with animation, that we have created on board animate, when import us it into Adobe Muse and then view it in Safari, it becomes stairs and don't render correctly.

  It works perfectly on Chrome, Firefox, and when you use a retina display.

  We use CC 2014 version now, before when we used the old version of CC, he has worked on all browsers.

  Are there settings, that must be changed when the edge exporting or importing into Muse?

  Since I installed the new version of flash, I noticed a few videos on youtube does not properly. Videos appear very pixelated with many green/purple artifacts throughout. It affects maybe 10 to 20% of videos, and they seem to mostly older. HD etc. everything is fine. I have not encountered the problem on other sites still, but I don't frequent them very often.

  Win7 Pro 64-bit

  This means that your graphic/video/display card or its drivers don't fully supported GPU hardware acceleration.  You can check if a new device driver is available which has better support for hardware acceleration, but she's working for now, better leave you it alone.

  Thank you for your message.  It does not sound like one or several files in Media Player have been corrupted, uninstall and reinstall should solve the problem.  Uninstall Windows Media Player 11 can be a difficult process.  Click HERE for instructions on how to uninstall WMP11.

  Here's what you need to do:

  1. create a function for each of your buttons. For example: okClicked() & cancelClicked().

  2. replace keyDown and check if the key pressed is the Enter key. If so, check the field with the focus and activate the correct function.

  3 replace the method "navigationClick. Locate the field with the update and select the correct function.

  Need help to open video files.  I can play other video mp4 files, but others give me this error.  Complicated!  Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The player might not support the file type or does not support the codec used to compress the file.

  Sorry, I'm not sure I follow 100%, are you saying some .mp4 files play OK in WMP, but others do not?

  update your AV checker and scanner mp4 files play not only to make sure that everything is OK with them.

  Try another media player like free VLC to see if that plays OK. Download and install VLC (don't let him not take your reader by default until you are happy with it) and see if it plays OK. If so this may mean that video files are OK, but using a codec WMP is not compatible.
