  You must identify your role. If you go to mysetup you know your role.

  I'm not sure which option you are talking about? [Do you use the EMCA, http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B28359_01/server.111/b28319/emca.htm#SUTIL800] to create the new repository for the EM?
