  problem is solved in firmware that is never released publicly - 2.0.7.6T1 or 2.0.7.6T2 (the two Beta status).   It turns out that InDesign ExtendScript is unable to establish a connection using TLS 1.2. After you enable the TLS 1 and 1.1 on our server (while maintaining our rating of A +), everything worked.

  I think that the problem is resolved.

  I found the number of Support Adobe. The agent suggested that it might be a problem of anti-malware.

  I called support of Bitdefender - they had me disable "scan ssl" under "Internet Shield".  and I'm back in business.

  Now all I have to do is remember why I needed help in Lightroom.
