  No, you don't no need to install EPG (Embed PL/SQL Gateway) to XE 11 G. It comes pre installed and configured as in 10G XE

  I can't use my portatil to write because the keyboard has an erratic behavior. When you are writing it jumps to different positions on the line.

  Disable Touchpad while writing and using the keyboard.
  I had the same problem in the past.
  Finally, I noticed that I touched the surface of touchpad accidentally while typing and this is the reason why the cursor jumped around.

  Very often but not always, when I start the laptop (Satellite M40X - 186 Windows XP SP3), after a while, the Windows Media Player popup window. I got close but it reappears etc... also very often, there's erratic behavior: the keyboard is unusable or the letter etc. which appears on the screen is not bound to the key... or the cursor moves in an irrational way.
  I scanned all the files from virus (Avast tool) I reinstalled XP, updated the ATI driver... but this does not appear to have solved the problem.

  No idea what is the cause of this failure?

• Help! Bug in Dreamweaver CS6 makes code disappear!

  I got a dozen of very stable sites in DW. Yesterday when I went to edit one, all the text disappeared! I was able to get around by pasting the text travel expenses in Design view of the web page. Today, it happens with another site. These two sites have templates with editable regions.  This isn't the case in all of my sites, or on pages of those affected.

  I hope someone can help with the above?

  I have mistakenly entered the identification number that has been set up on my laptop in the password field when you connect on my new laptop and now I see more PIN option when he said options sign of change.  Clearly my fault because I wasn't really paying attention!

  Sorry to know that you are facing this problem with the connection to the computer with the Pin number.
   
  Please help me with the following information:
   
  1. did you remove the old PIN until you have tried to create a new?
  2. is your computer connected to a domain network?
   
  Windows 8 has a feature where you can use a PIN digit 4 to connect to your Windows account. If you are a domain user, this feature is disabled by default.
   
  We will try the following methods and check if it helps.
   
  Method 1: Try the following steps to remove your old PIN:
   
  1. Press 'Windows Logo' + 'C' keys on the keyboard to show the charms.
  2. click on "Settings" and then click on "Change PC settings" at the bottom
  3. Select 'Users' on the left of 'PC settings' Panel
  4. click on "Remove the PIN" under "sign in options.
  5. once the old PIN code is removed, try to create the new PIN and check to see if that solves the problem.

  You select alias 'On' with this Add-In function.  However, if you want to 'Description Only' (value 2) or 'names and Description' (value 1) in Smart View depends on whether you also use option 24 ('turn on the member name and Alias setting') in the add-in code, I think.

  In short, Smart View HypSetSheetOption 16 option replaces the combination of options of the Add-In EssVSetSheetOption 13 and 24.

  I'm looking to the last documentation available for the two-SV 11.1.2.3 and Add-In 11.1.2.2.

  Come on Microsoft Engineering people must certainly be a solution to this problem if anyone cares enough to explore the substantive issue. It seems that there are many, many others having the same problem.

  The old post of 2006 has an explanation detailed on the error code 13 and the same thing applies for Vista too, this is why I mentioned this one.

  I understand your frustration. The problem is essentially due to firewalls or things of internet security or antivirus interference.
