  I'm not familiar with Hilscher Profibus gateways, but I'm sure that they provide an OPC server that can be accessed through functions LabVIEW DataSocket or much better performance through LabVIEW DSC. There is also a chance that Hilscher provides a DLL or same screws LabVIEW database API, but you should check with Hilscher.

  From my own experience I recommend to use a gateway Comsoft FNL . Comsoft is very experienced with LabVIEW and they provide a fast and reliable VI-interface for all their interfaces Profibus.
  I don't want to bash products Hilscher, but as I have no experience with their products (unlike the Comsoft products), I can't give a competent answer on their API.

  Is there a way to create a view named with a SQL Select which is more complex than the wizard can write?
  
  I know that I can write the code to create a view of the criteria when running, but then I can't just drag and drop it as a class one.

  I have a table named FACILITIES, with a secondary table named FACILITY_SERVICES. I want a display criteria for FACILITIES which found all facilities with all the services required in a connection variable is a comma-delimited list.

  I use JDev 12.1.3. My use case is the following - I've simplified as much as I can. I insert and update the SFGroupUser table, but I want the LOV to the UserID field be limited to only the users that are connected to today's society through the SFCompanyUser table. Here is the structure of the table:

  The key point is that when you assign users (SFUser) (SFGroup) groups in the SFGroupUser table, not all users may be assigned to a group because the groups are part of the business and the users are associated with one or more companies. Could not assign a user to a group that belongs to a company that the user is not assigned to. If GroupID 1 belongs to CompanyID 1 and 1 UserID is also assigned to number 1 in the SFCompanyUser table, then Pseudo1 can be assigned to GroupID 1.

  In my ADF application, I created the entity objects and visualization of objects for all tables and all associations and links. I configured the perspective in the AppModule have a master relationship / detail like this:

  I solved my problem. When the attribute of username in the SfgroupuserView view object has been configured to use the LOV, a view accessor was created for the SfgroupuserView. The accessor view points to the LOV view object. Edition of the accessor of view I said to use the criteria of view named object View LOV. The problem was that the ID of the company in the main table (sfgroup) was not an attribute of the SfgroupuserView view object, so I was not able to assign a value to the variable binding. So, I added the entity sfgroup as one of the entities that the SfgroupuserView was based on and then added the companyID attribute. I then used the new attribute companyID as the value to be assigned to the variable binding, the criteria of display for the view LOV object in view accessor.

  

  Now, everything works well in the AppModule. When you insert a new record in SfgroupuserView1 the user's selection is a drop-down list that displays only users assigned to today's society.

  It's funny, my problem is that every old version of the Client works with everything, which means there is no mechanism to direct users to newer versions or restrict which versions can be used to access our environment up-to-date.  So, don't worry about it!  Your users can continue to use any old version of the Client notice (for now) with any version of any OS (OS x or Windows) and will continue to work with any version of Horizon view. (5.0 +).  I do not say that there is no quirks to use older versions of the client here and there, but on a weekly basis, we discover a user with one of the old installed 5.x customers and access our 6.0.1 environment.

  Hoping that with 6.1 VMware will break something!

  We would like to deploy VMware View 5/Unidesk 1.6 with the support of several AD environments. We've already seen 5, Unidesk and VCenter deployed in domain A and the work.   I was not able to get my hands dirty with Unidesk but I don't see anything that would break the configuration as two-way - approval means two-way authentication.

  I have a client view performer 5.0; and especially Samsung NC240 zero-clients against a pool of Win 7. Pretty basic stuff.

  Yet, they are major problems with a keyboard or display shift. I don't know who he is; but it is painfully obvious on PCoIP; and non-existent on RDP.

  Whenever they hit anything; especially in applications (not so much in pure text like Notepad or fields IE) about 50% of the letters 'hiccups '. Some letters appear instantly as they should, but there is a noticeable lag.

  I checked this behavior on zero clients and windows clients.

  Any ideas what this could be?

  Had the same problem, go to 5.0. The fix was to reinstall the Agent 4.6. Dragging around windows and it is now MUCH smoother. Must be a problem with the video driver from view 5.0 client or something?
