  The minidump file showed a BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER (fe) error caused by the stop usbhub.sys:

  The usbhub.sys (by default the USB hub driver) is a Windows system file, but it is quite possible the problem is a third-party driver or hardware related.

  What I would say, is to update the wireless driver by installing the next update:

  I reformatted my computer using windows vista and I kept getting an answer that the used copy was an illegal copy of windows. In the meantime my computer was working fine. I called Microsoft and they verified that it was not an illegal copy and gave me an additional code to activate windows. After activation, my image of the screen became smaller with a border of 1 inch black around the screen (I have a widescreen monitor). I tried to correct this problem and have discovered that my video card driver has an error message saying that windows has stopped this device because it has reported a problem. I tried to reinstall the latest version of the driver, update to windows vista and tried all the suggestions that have been proposed on the microsoft Web site, and it still doesn't work.   A Google search for "larcheya.dll" grew nothing. When you get no hits for a filename on Google, chances are high that it is a malicious program file.   Because you had a piece of malware, the chances are too high you had others. It would be a good idea to scan. I recommend to download and install MalwareBytes' anti-malware (MBAM) from http://www.malwarebytes.org . The program is free. (There is a paid version, but you don't need to buy it to remove the malware).

  Manage startup:

  (for XP) Start > run > msconfig [Enter]

  This will open the System Configuration utility. Look under the Startup tab and find the likely culprit. Uncheck the box next to its name, apply and OK out. You don't need to restart immediately, but next time you do, you will get a dialog box saying that you have used the utility. Just check the box that says in effect, "don't mind to this subject again".
